“I'd like to share my recent experience with Anchor Toyota and more specifically Justin from sales.
I had found a vehicle I had been looking to acquire for quite some time. I called Anchor and got in contact with Justin from sales.
I had explained I wanted this vehicle for some time but that I was out of province. I then asked if he was able to hold it until I got to Nova Scotia- he went out of his way to start the process last minute before close (I had called 30 minutes before close).
I then notified Justin of my travel arrangements and that I was in a very restricted time slot- he assured me no problem, that he would be there when I arrived on saturday.
I arrived late, and Justin still went out of his way for me. He let me have a long test drive and then told me to take as much time as necessary- despite my cutting into his weekend.
It doesn't stop there- when I arrived in my home province I found a minor difficiency with the vehicle- I reached out to Justin who responded immediately and informed me he would make it right and provided the means to do that.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience as an out-of-province purchaser, and my experience with Justin was nothing short of above industry standard.
