Curious Collector is an antique and book shop in the heart of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. It is a fantastic store with a fascinating collection of wonderfully intriguing curiosities from then and now, described as a true Aladdin's cave. The shop boasts unique items, beautiful trinkets, vintage books, collectible clothes, snazzy ornaments, unique antiques, and many treasures. The owner is very friendly, patient, informative, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk with, full of stories about the pieces. He offers amazing tips and is a wealth of information on local happenings and the geography of the area. The outside of the shop features the 'World's Largest Licence Plate' and beautiful murals that are great for fun photo opportunities.
