Very friendly staff. I felt like I was talking to a long time freind who was helping me do an exchange I didn't need for my car.Was helpful in sharing knowledge about tire insurance and how these policies usually work.I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything.

Always have parts when you need it, and also at a decent price. If they dont have the parts, they can normally get them the next day. I've never had any issues with Bumper to Bumper like I always do with Napa.. The staff are normally great here, never a rude employee!

Very good service and price, the inlo thing is, if you got a part before they change their system, they cant find it and cant get repalcement on warranty. But apart this, very good spot

This automotive store is the right size perfect place to get that car fixed and the best part is I myself am a first timer going here from the big city (smiles)Halifax and been here for over a week now and have made several trips back and forth and trust me when i say the professional service is by far par to none the bunch of guys here will help you as much as they can and to date I have not met a rude person here and they all seem to know you after the first visit and with me they all know what parts iam getting it doesn't matter who is at the front counter they just know and very friendly I would give this more than 5 stars but this is all we can do so in saying this this is now my first go to autoparts place anytime awesome place folks here (awesome) thanks guys and girls GREAT SERVICE) Dave
