I saw an Audi A3 on Auto trader which led me to parsons. Andrew emailed me and we talked over the phone, I was not sure the shape of the car just photos. Andrew communicated very well, friendly, answered my questions, honestly and was happy to meet in person. The car exceeded my expectations, I was very taken care of until now he reaches out to check in..very professional..i love the car too.

We went on the Parsons Website when we originally were looking for a car. We were not sure what we were going to get but there was a BMW for sale at a super reasonable price!! Usually it is rough to find a salesman but not at Parsons. Andrew was very informative and what I liked is I was not handed off. Not only does Andrew sell the cars but he also does the financing. One stop shopping was awesome!! We compared pricing on their lot with other similar vehicles and they were lower here. We ended up buying a new vehicle but I can not state enough how awesome Andrew and Parsons were!! Thanks so much and if we are in the market again we definitely will head there!!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Parsons Motors when I found myself in a bit of a predicament with my car. On a busy Saturday afternoon, traveling from Halifax to Middleton for my nephew’s hockey game, my vehicle suddenly started making strange noises about 40km from Middleton, and I knew I needed immediate assistance. To my dismay, there wasn't a mechanic on duty at the time. However, before panic could fully set in, the owner, Mr. Parsons, stepped in to save the day. Despite not having a mechanic available, Mr. Parsons took it upon himself to personally assess the situation and diagnose the issue with my car. His willingness to go above and beyond for a customer truly impressed me. Not only did Mr. Parsons identify the problem swiftly, but he also rolled up his sleeves and got the car up on the hoist. Once again this is the owner of the shop who is not a mechanic. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed, explaining, and showing me what needed to be done, and what was being removed to resolve the issue.What could have been a stressful and inconvenient situation turned into a positive experience, thanks to Mr. Parsons professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. His actions exemplify the integrity and reliability that I would think define Parsons Motors.Overall, my experience at Parsons Motors well exceeded any expectations I may have had. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of automotive services. Whether it's routine maintenance, unexpected repairs, or to purchase a new automobile, you can trust you are in good hands with Mr. Parsons and his team.

Purchased my 1st new VW Rabbit diesel in 1980 from Aynard Parsons, several other new VW's since plus a new Class C and a new Class A motorhome. All maintenance performed by them on all the vehicles over 43 years without any issues, always fully satisfied. They're honesty, knowledge and skills keep me coming back.

I never write a bad review about a company but I want to share this experience as it is quite upsetting to me. I bought a used car at parsons last year. Paid cash. I was told a 2 year MVI would be done. After test driving the car, I asked for two things to be done. Thats it. For the breaks to be serviced and changed if needed and for the AC to be serviced or recharged if needed. A year into this car, I have now had to spend $900 on both my breaks (which were shown to be factory VW brakes so they weren’t changed as I was told) and now I had to have a diagnostic and recharge done on an empty AC. So if you want something done from them, MAKE SURE you have proof the things are done, as they will sell you the car without it being done to save them money and cost you more in the long run.

Parsons lemons.Don't buy anything from these scam artists. The manager is a condescending arrogant man. I've never been so ripped off in my entire life. Find somewhere else!
