I live in Windsor and will travel either to New Minas or the city to avoid Kent in Windsor. I am almost always treated poorly when I do go in and some employees are extremely rude.

Bought a grinder a month ago and used it half a dozen times and it packed it in. They didn't want to take it back so i cancelled my roll up garage door and walked across the parking lot bought a new grinder,roll up door,2 tubs of screws for the new building....take that ignorant tool man.

It's been almost a year and our kitchen's not finished. Idk what's going on as I didn't order the work myself, but seeing this kitchen every morning is depressing. All my mom wanted was a nice kitchen and she was so proud when she could finally afford the work. Now it's a reminder that whoever is in charge of the project doesn't care about us. They have her money. We don't have a complete kitchen.

Frustrated with staff that were not proactive and had to be led to do their job. Lack of customer service. Lack of enthusiasm. Dragging feet, not helpful, and not willing to go beyond the moment. Had to continually ask and request next or optional steps. Very underwhelming.

Oh where to even start…I worked here for a few months and let me start by saying most of who I worked with are amazing, but they hate their jobs and I now know it is because of John and Donna as their managers that make them feel this way.They are the worst managers I’ve ever encountered! If you are looking for a place to work, DO NOT APPLY HERE.You will be given false promises, then get called” argumentative” if you simply ask about it. Then on top of that, they will punish you by taking away your hours, forcing you to find another job. Not a second job, a new one entirely, if you get a second job they will give your shifts away and tell you they are unwilling to work around the other job and you choose them or quit. That’s right, Donna said this to my face!They have driven more employees out in the 2 years they have been managing than any other time, which is saying a lot for their management skills.So again, all the love to my old coworkers, but until John and Donna get demoted, fired or transferred, I’d shop elsewhere and definitely wouldn’t recommend working for them.Oh, John and Donna, you best believe I’ve been talking to the labor board about both of you and I hope something comes off it for the rest of the employees sake.

Great, helpful staff but poor management. You can feel the tension from a mile away! Feel bad for the staff that have to put up with being talked down too, even overheard another customer say “I can’t believe you haven’t left yet” to what seemed like a newer employee! No wonder you never see the same faces very long here. Won’t be shopping at this location, hope the management gets changed for the employees sake!

Horrible return policy. I bought a pack of tile leveling spacers. Tried to return them in thier original, unopened package as I bought more then I needed. Was told without the recipt there was nothing they could do. Not even store credit. Save your money and go somewhere else that has a better return policy.Floor staff were helpful and polite and good selection for size of the store but from now on I'll just drive to home depot.

The workers I spoke to about flooring were not interested in helping me with purchasing flooring and didn't even know the prices of the flooring so I successfully bought my flooring at home hardware no issue and nice people. Now I'm at kent getting my shower because it was on sale and they don't know where my order is and I called first to make sure everything was ready. I will never come here again.

Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Ordered 10:30 am Wednesday and received an email saying order would be ready approximately 2hours. I would get an email when ready to pick up. Seven hours later nothing, called store closed. Emailed the email on the letter, responded with notified store will contact me. If they don’t within 24 hours let them know. Nothing came of that so I contact them again by email, no response. Emailed again on Friday morning, no response. Called the number provided. Recording said I was next in-line and I could stay on the line or leave message and they would call me. Waited 15 minutes nothing so I called back. I stayed on the line and spoke to the rudest person. Explained the whole situation and she said according to her records it was sitting there waiting. I said will I didn’t get any email stating that. Will maybe you should check your junk mail. So I said I’m not stupid I did check my junk. Also I already received the first email saying you were picking my order and that didn’t go to junk. Well there is nothing I can do and it is there. Sorry for your experience. Got to the store about 5 minutes later and notice I now had an email saying my order was ready. I went in and they took the item off the shelf. I did speak to the manager and explain the whole issue and he apologized for the issues and the response from corporate or where ever emails go. He did give me a $30.00 gift card for my trouble. The store itself was great and that is why they received the 3 stars. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. The rest of the system was a terrible experience for the first time with this store. I will never use their online ordering again.
