Had a leaking air tire emergency last minute. They didn't hesitate to help me get on the road again fast. Always friendly and do a great job maintaining my car regularly for me. I highly recommend! A++++++

Give the tech a raise! I've had my crv to multiple alignment shops throughout the years and it always pulled to the right. I came to accept that. Get out on the hwy and straight as an arrow. Well done. Thank you.

Went to buy new winter tires and rims. Selection looked good so I waited in line behind 2 people. While waiting, a customer entered who knew the reception by name. They skipped the 3 of us in line and the reception didnt correct them. I left while they caught up.

I should have read the google reviews before having my tire patched at the Ok Tire in Windsor.First, the woman at the front desk comes off annoyed and rude in everything she did. Answering phones, leaving voicemails, talking to customers, then proceeding to complain about them once they left or she hung up with them.Secondly, I spent an hour an half at the shop for a tire patch. I was told first that my tire had no issue, that there was no leak.I disagreed, saying that my tire has lost air every two days for a couple of weeks and it was actually down to 26 psi as I drove into the lot.The guy who spoke with me was the only person with a decent attitude from my experience.I was then charged $48 for the tire patching. The guy next to me was charged just over $8 for his tire patch/repair.I was sitting next to a woman who was told she would be charged over $600 for a spark plug that she proceeded to then order online for $150 in the waiting area. The guy who put my card through also seemed to be agitated and was unhelpful with the price breakdown.I gave two stars because the waiting room seats are decently comfortable, and given I spent an hour and a half waiting for a tire patch, the seating was a plus.I would advise anyone looking to shop around. I called on my way home and got a quote from the shop down the road who said they would do it for free in hopes I would consider replacing my tires with them in the future. Hindsight my friends, hindsight.

I am so disappointed in the service from ok tire. We had our tires changed there in March, coincidentally a squeal had started to sound. We brought it back, were told it was a loose hub cap- we were charged for that. Even though they had just done our tires... That didn't fix the problem. Brought it back, said it was the drive belt- paid over $300 to have that fixed. Issue still not solved. We took it to another local shop- cost us $46 to have an exhaust flange changed. We could have saved hundreds...I would not recommend others to bring their cars to ok tire as they are over priced and unfortunately not very good with diagnosing. Also will charge ridiculous amounts over and over even though issues don't get resolved.Waste of time and money.Still waiting for a response! Emailed on June 7th!!

This is the 2nd time OK tire in Windsor has tried to up-sell me on brakes during an MVI. The inspected brakes were over 3 times the Nova Scotia MVI fail limit. Their reasoning is that the mechanic has the final call - not govt. legislated limit. The manager was of no help solving this issue, and although he agreed that the brakes were well beyond the fail point, his mechanic would not pass them. I suggest finding an honest local shop before going here.
