I just wanted to shoutout the Windsor Pharmasave staff and how amazing their customer service was today. They went above and beyond for someone who needed a little bit of joy in a difficult time. Specifically two lovely women who I spoke with on the phone but didn’t get their names. Thank you for being so helpful and kind.

This store has flyers up stating that they (pharmacist) can help with refilling ANY Rx. I made an appt for Friday and saw the pharmacist who said that this was beyond his scope. I had to go to emerge where the Dr was kind enough to order my meds. Unfortunately, I had to suffer all weekend as my regular pharmacy was closed on the weekend. Thank you for absolutely nothing. Bottom line, if u required medication, please do not waste your time going here. They only care about the money and not the patient. So unhappy with this experience.

Love this pharmacy! And all the people there. Been my main pharmacy for along time and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Have never had any issues! ?

Could give more air miles for prescriptions, like Sobeys give 3 per prescription, and Pharmasave only gives one. And to earn air miles they should accumulated over the week as you spend not just what you spend that trip.
