A smaller Sobeys but the friendliness of the staff make up for its limited choices. Staff are phenomenal; always helpful and cheery. My first choice for groceries in Windsor! Far better pricing than Superstore IMO.

This Sobeys is the main grocery store for Windsor residents. It's a little tucked away behind some trees and down a lane and so not immediately visible as you approach by car.

I went to Sobies in Windsor NovaScotia . I purchase my 200 plus dollars in groceries. Went through the cash , I'm also 72 years old. Struggle to get everything into the bags. Because it was a big line behind me,i was hurring. The cashier stood there. Watching waiting for me to finish.
She had to restart the debit machine Because.it ran out of time.I told her I was sorry I was slow and then I said don't you people help pack the groceries you used to. This is why I go to sobbie's. I have help or I would go to the other store and use their self. Checkout. I guess it doesn't matter which store I go to I don't get any help

They have lots of food, but they are part of our grocery oligarchy. We should have more small grocery stores servicing the community. Don't believe me? Just look at Empire's P&L.

We were shopping for a BBQ in the meat dept. The item we were looking for was sold out and substituted. Other customers were also interested in buying the same thing but the cuts were a little thin for grilling. An employee, I wish I caught her name, went out back and had the butcher cut some thicker cuts for us. This made at least three very happy customers. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Layout of store is easy to follow. Produce is fresh and taken care of. Good pre-made meals and salads.

Very disappointing customer serviceHad rain check for several weeks for item, then told the company isn't making those anymore (even though every other store has them)Items not stocked on shelves, asked people to help or look, only one out of four people helped. Was given a run around and pointed in the wrong direction 3 times for sale items and told by management "we don't stock that here"
