We were on a road trip from Ontario and our heat shield was coming loose. They fit us in the same morning (busy Monday, no less). The staff was so nice on the phone and everyone working there was so friendly. The mechanic quickly reattached it and wasnt going to charge us but I gave $$ because I knew they were really busy and they didnt have to see us.

Great so far. Asked for a quote for some rust work. Good service, good explanation of what needed to be done, including pointing out an issue I had not noticed. Reasonable quote for amount of work needed and work can start within a week! Update: excellent work, great customer service! Highly recommend!

My experience with CARSTAR in Yarmouth was excellent. I greatly appreciated the helpfulness of Laura and Matthew. Timelines, helpful advice and a description of the process involved in repairing my car were provided and helped greatly to minimize the stress after the collision.

Service was okay when talking to someone but they never get back to you let alone in a timely manner, still finding issues from their shoddy "repairs", left rad fans unplugged and cardboard on panels from painting. Installed intake wrong, left me with a coolant leak, a crazy vibration making the car undrivable(somewhat rectified), and god knows what else. If you know whats good for you STEER CLEAR.
