Rented a u haul truck,paid with my credit card for the use of the vehicle,the bill was around 85 dollars,then u haul takes another 184 dollars on my credit card,after calling they where only willing to give back 164,I did the whole trip in my car to check the milage,my original payment was more than enough to cover the bill,plus they over drew my credit card which cost me another40 dollars,what a rip off,stay away from u haul and garrons

They gave my partner the run around for WEEKS! They kept adding things to be done for the MVI that they didn't include on the original check. they kept his truck for almost a month to "get around" to doing the work that was paid for. People need their cars! They replaced the transmission on his truck but absolutely botched it so the truck had the same issues before thousands were given to them to fix it. Only use them if you are comfortable throwing a few grand down a well because that's exactly what happened here. These issues could have KILLED someone! Taking the truck to a REAL shop now to spend even more money to fix what these guys broke! I am so disappointed they are taking advantage of people in a time where everyone is hurting financially! Now I have to give up my car AGAIN to fix the same issues. If they had ANY morals they would not only refund my partner for the botched work they did but also compensate for the extra mileage on MY car that happened as direct result of them taking forever with my partners truck for nothing to change! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!
