Rude. Not helpful. Also, thieves. I will try my hardest from here on out to not let anything come through this office. Missing letters, cards, money, packages. No help. Place blame everywhere else. Won't let me change route drivers when my literal neighbors have someone else. ? I'm not paying for extra services or photos of mail either.

I visited this post office as soon as they opened, and unfortunately, their computers were down yet again. This made my experience very frustrating as I was unable to complete my task efficiently. There were no effort by the staff to assist me, the outage resulted in a long wait time and a delay in my important shipment. I would really appreciate it if the post office could take steps to ensure that this issue is resolved soon, as it has become a recurring problem. Perhaps a backup system, manual systems (just like the old days) or alternative methods could be implemented when the computers are down to avoid customer inconvenience. Overall, I hope that the post office can improve their services to ensure a smoother experience for their customers.

The post master is a real B!/)h. Her Moron driver hit and broke a chain in broad day light and then refused to take ownership. Glad the internet and email is slowly dismantling and destroying the post office.

Not sure where they hire these people... but their customer skills are terrible. We moved I put in a forwarding address and took my new deed to the post office to get keys for my mailbox. No come back next week, Tuesday after 2pm. Tuesday at 3pm, I was told to come back Friday, the "Lady" never came in. Friday after 2pm, the post office is closed for the holiday! Two weeks, still trying to get a key for our mailbox! And no, they don't answer the phone either.

Rude staff ,HORRIBLE a customer service . I came in right before closing and the man refused to help me because it hit closing time by the time I got up to the counter . I was inside the doors BEFORE closing and he still turned me away. He wanted to be rude and get home instead of being a decent friendly human being and helping the people who got there BEFORE CLOSING TIME .

We have been having a problem with this post office for a while now. The lady who delivers our mail has basically refused to deliver our mail to our house. This has to do with our dogs and she states that one of our dogs is always out when she comes. I know he does get out at times but not all the times that she is stating (we also have cameras that can prove this) They have been writing dog warning on all our packages yet we have never received a paper slip saying so. My sister was waiting on Friday for her package and she made sure the dogs were inside. She got a message that it was delivered but when she went to get it it wasn't there. They then said it was because the dog was outside which he wasn't cause my sister made sure of that. (And this has happen other times as well) She went around 1:30 to go get her package and they said they didn't have it there. She was suppose to get her package Friday and didn't get it until Monday. So now it seems they are just not wanting to deliver and are writing dog warning on all our packages even when the dog is not out there. We have a neighbor that has a dog that will stick its face out the fence and barks at whoever and we have a feeling that that's what she is talking about but in the end that's not our dog and she has been refusing to deliver to us. My mom, sister and I have all talked to people there and they all have been rude and not wanting to help. My mom was talking to the higher up person and even that guy was being rude to my mom. My sister said that she went in to get another package and she said the lady went to hand it to her and then when my sister went to take it she pulled it away and wouldn't give it to her. The guy that my mom was talking to said that he can have the other guy deliver to us but it would only be once a week. So because this women is too scared of a little dog who isn't even out all the time we only get stuff delivered once a week? We all spend on our money for our packages and stuff and they think they are all high and mighty with their federal job that it seems like they can do what they want with our packages. My sister has tried to make complaints but every time she does it goes to error and won't let her for some reason. This post office really needs to fix their problems cause I know I am not the only one having issues. It's not fair we can't get our packages when they are suppose to be here because they don't want to deliver to us and I can't believe the guy told my mom that they have the right to not deliver to whoever they don't want too.

This is not the first time I've tried to call the post office and it rings and it rings and then I get disconnected after I have to hear this pre-recording statement. I have the app that tells me in advance the mail I'll be receiving. On Monday it showed that I was supposed to get my mortgage statement, I didn't get it on Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday or Thursday. Usually I get it by the second day after it's been posted.

I sent a paper to court with a self addressed and prepaid envelope for return mail. For some reason the mail got delayed and I lost the tracking. I narrowed down the package to day, time, teller, and exact amount in hopes that someone at the post office could help me. From quora, i knew the steps i needed to take. I did extensive research on how to mitigate the situation. I wait in line and ask the clerk i need to talk to a manager. The clerk I got was that ghetto loud a** chola that looks like she just graduated from victory outreach. She tells me "there is no manager. But I can help you." I tell her the situation and she said i cannot help. I said that is exactly why I asked for a manager. She said all the managers are delivering mail. LOL. Her first lie. I said go find someone else. She said let me look in the back and ill see if we have a package for u. Comes back empty handed and says sorry cant help you. I said "so i guess im screwed huh?" Her response "DONT SAY THAT!" She keeps telling me that the court is responsible for keeping a copy of the tracking. I tell her no cause obviously this lady is no paralegal but is trying to act like an expert. I said you need to find who is in charge. I need that tracking number. These are court documents. She disappears to the back and out comes a pissed off asian lady who is the supervisor. I tell her the story and she asks me the amount which was $17.20. She said that amount is impossible. I open the chase app to show her. I tell her it was the indian teller who rang me up. She said hes on vacaction and only he can look it up. I said you are the manager can't you help? The chola yells "we are federal employees we cant look up other people transactions!" Ummm you are a ghetto a** no skill usps employee not the fuckin CIA calm yourself. At this point the supervisor gets in an argument with another usps employee and they are shouting at each other and betting their meager $17 an hr paycheck on who is right or wrong about tracking. Meanwhile every customer and myself are staring at 4 bozo women argue for 15 minutes betting their paycheck on who is right. Instead of helping me find tracking she basically was accusing me of skimming money from them. I can't even make this up. Asian manager said come back when indian dude is in and its too late to look anything up. So she wanted me to waste 10 days and wash her hands clean. Victory outreach chola said it has been more than 12 days and We cant help. Remember this is the 3rd-4th lie she shitted out. First was no manager, no supervisor, cant lookup things past 12 days LOL she literally is the poster child of a miserable nasty federal employee. Extremely passive aggressive and useful for nothing. Anyone reading this review will know exactly who this employee is when they walk in. The asian manager has a mental breakdown literally and gets flustered and says come in tomorrow at 10 and ask for a supervisor or manager. I said can I leave all the information I have with you? She said NO! Aka she didn't even want to pretend to help or care. Hilarious how these morons who likely are bipolar or schizo and can't be bothered to do anything have kept jobs for decades likely on the government titty. Luckily by the grace of god I got the package that same night 12 or so days late. Good luck getting this circus to help if you have any real issue

The Court St USPS in Woodland CA does not have anyone answering their Customer Service line. I've tried for several days. The line gives a recording that says to stay on the line for the operator. There are several rings that then transfer to a busy signal. Not good Woodland, CA postmaster.

Competently incompetent at their jobs, they have lost numerous of my packages that said delivered. If you are having a package delivered to this post office think twice before doing it.

Just save yourself a trip for nothing! Go to the UPS Store in town! This is why the United States Post Office is hurting for business. They have horrible customer service!!!! They don't even have tape! Steer clear!!! Wish I could give NO Stars!!!!

I went INSIDE the post office and mailed a birthday card. Someone who works for the post office opened the card and took the money. Lesson learned don't mail cash. I've mailed many cards in the past and NONE were open. They must have seen somehow even though I hid it inside the card. Federal crime to open mail and I hope that person is fired and sent to jail. That person ruined a birthday by stealing.

Never coming here again. Trying UPS. Charged me 4 dollars to tape up a box. How is that fair? You change your policy and can't give me one strip of tape ..... you couldn't be like ... okay next time bring your tape or were gonna charge you..... No.... Money grubbing at its finest. It's not even the four dollars it's the lack of service literally unacceptable. I'm paying for a Return here and you over charge me for a strip of tape. So upsetting I left their overpricetape on the counter MOREOVER Weeks ago they failed to deliver my 7$ package of stickers from india, and sent it back to the seller. (?!?!?) just leave it on the porch, no one is going to steal it. Now it's gone. Thanks. They also have a horrible automated phone system. No customer service. Only customer disrespect. I give you my business for so many years, and this is how I am repaid? I've been coming to this post office since I was a kid. And now suddenly, my package which I'm returning (I usually bring my stuff taped and ready) isn't packaged Bc I wanted to be prepared in case it would be more economical for me to move my stuff into a smaller box....... and they can't provide a 12 inch strip of tape......... how hurtful and repugnant

I just witnessed a postal carrier swing off the sidewalk and right through my flower bed and across the lawn. When I confronted him on the porch, he stated, this is my first time doing this route. I said that is NOT an excuse. It made me think so on your old route you must have been carefree to go through flower beds etc. I said if he could not see the two paved pathways our neighbor and I provide for mail carriers and ourselves to traverse between the houses, then he should go around to the driveway. He really believed that his reasoning of being his first time on this route was valid. I know plenty of people who would love a federal job with benefits, so let's hire someone who thinks.
