These folks are very professional, helpful, especially Jayne. She answered all of my questions by phone and made the process very easy. Units were clean and the location is just about 3 minutes north of Ada on St. Rt. 235 and close to Ohio Northern University.

I got a "storage" unit from them that did not exist. I went to the location that is given, but the storage unit number wasn't there, or at the other site they have. Tried to call and no answer even though they say they are 24 hours.

Storing with COMSTOR was a breeze! Initially I did not know what size I needed nor how self storage worked, but their staff was extremely friendly and held my hand the entire way. I would recommend them to anyone!

Long story short after my few months of experience: COMSTOR is irrational, has wrongful reporting within the company, and some of the employees are just plain rude. As I told them today, I will never be taking my business back to their storage units, and I will advise anyone I know to do the same.
