Laurie is amazing! Such a pleasure to work with. James is awesome! He is addressing all our concerns. I can say without hesitation that they handle everything with great care! The park itself is getting updated it looks like it’s going to be a great place to live. Fantastic company to deal with we would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to call home!

My name is Shelby. I live at Lot 53. I have about 10 or 12 feet of PEX plus the bands and the tool to put the bands on. If anyone has a broken pipe and need this PEX please let me know. I only ask for my tool back when your done.

I am from ada and have noticed that northland park is really starting to clean up and look more presentable. I have even spoken with the new manager Haley about properties and she is very knowledgeable and very helpful and looking for new mobile homes.

Haley is super helpful when looking for a trailer! Definitely recommend getting your new home from her! She will make sure you make the best decision and she is honest! My husband and I are younger and just starting out so she recommend what would be best! Tried to get a trailer from the old park manager and she left us hanging! So glad they have Haley!

Happy to see all of the improvements. I noticed several of the homes have been freshly painted. I heard they’re putting the picnic tables and grills in the spring.
