“After working out some details, this business owner, Cathy, accepted responsibility and did the right thing and is helping me with my windshield. There was some miscommunication initially, and she stepped up as a business owner. The gate was faulty, likely due to the extreme cold temperatures that were present at the time, and it could've happened to anyone. I will continue to park here as I always have as the pricing is as fair as any at CVG. I have also used their valet service and it's very convenient. “This is the car wash I use. Cheapest around for decent quality for touchless. Vacuums not to bad. Never had an issue. Wish they would update the boxes of self wash though.”
“I'm not sure why, but it seems like it pushes you through a little bit faster. Maybe it's just me, but there seems to be too quick of transitions between the wash- rinse -wax cycles, and it leaves the car with missed spots.”

“I went for a standard inside and outside wash and the handsome bald gentleman in the back is very charming. He helped me decide which wash was perfect for me, with a smile on his face. Teeth were very straight and white. Felt like I could trust him, he had an overall positive aura about him and I haven’t stopped thinking about him since I left. Will definitely be back. Also, if I were the owner I would give the bald guy a raise!”
“I would like to start with how underrated the wonderful staff that works here his. It was a slow day and I had a nice chat with one of the workers and realized so many of these 1 star reviews are people that don’t understand how this carwash works..For starters they are not an auto detailing service they are a CAR WASH Meaning they don’t spray down every inch on your car unless you make a request to the nice sales people with the tablets so they can tell the loader.Secondly some individuals don’t follow the instructions of the trained loader and try to load themselves or drive through the wash when the loader clearly gives them the instructions to put their vehicle into neutral with no break. If you don’t follow these instructions you will more than likely leave the wash with tons on soap still on your vehicle (which is a lot of the poor reviews) it’s sad because if you people actually listened to them you’d actually get a great quality car wash. As for the vacuum complaints they are separate from the wash yet completely optional at other car washes they just add the $2 fee the the wash and then call the vacuums free. (I personally like having the option and not being charged for them when I don’t have the time to use them) Also people always vacuum stuff up they’re not supposed to..which leads to the vacuums getting clogged..that’s actually how I ended up talking to this hard worker because I walked into the very clearly labeled customer entrance and asked for help. They informed me that they do their best to check the lot every hour or so but they just don’t have enough staff to keep up with it all the time..it’s sick to see all these horrible reviews about there being no help when the staff is always kind and friendly. All of these people who talk about damage that the company didn’t cover fails to mention important things about the parts like for example an after market bumper that was modded to the vehicle or paint chips when they had their car freshly painted not even a few hours earlier. So many things that aren’t the poor workers fault yet they take it out on them..
Lastly and most importantly I’d like to mention that they have a same day rewash policy so if you park in the very large parking lot and notice anything left on your car they will gladly send you through a second time for FREE. I feel like so many people mistreat and underestimate these hard workers. Please realize they are only human and are trying their best..stop treating them like garbage and ignoring the policy’s that are clearly stated on signs in the loop and advice given by the trained staff.

“It sucks because I use this place often and this is the first time I used the SpotFree Rinse because I was in a rush and it's advertised that I wouldn't have to dry the car afterwards and that it wouldn't leave any spots because it's some sort of mineral water....well that's not true at all, the pictures are the proof. Other then that the place is awesome.”

“Great Self Serve location. My vehicle needed a wash before I headed home for the night. Was happy to find this location was well lit, as it was 11:30pm, on a Friday night. There were 3 other people while I was there, that had the same idea. I rather enjoy washing my suv by hand, than to go through an Automatic Washer. Choice of Products Sprays, cleaned the vehicle with an outstanding outcome. Keep it up Richie.”

They not only honored their free car wash offered on their website, they even paid extra attention to the difficult areas to get those cleaned off and help protect my car. She looks much better! “We have been coming here on and off for almost 2 years. When you go, you can go in and get quarters with cash just in case you didn’t bring any and they have a vacuum area where you can vacuum your car out, a car wash that you can just drive into and it washes it for you and a manual car wash. There are so many options in the owners are incredibly kind. We went today and he was incredibly kind.”
