“Not sure about the business itself so i will give it 5 stars but one of their drivers is very rude and does not know how to talk to people all because he couldn't come into my restaurant during the heavy snow fall because I was Drive Thru only that day and his wreaker didn't fit in my lane he got out and cussed out
Very poor customer service if this is how he acts with real customers on side of road I would rather freeze or wait on someone else to tow me than him”

“I had a dozen men stop by to help me change my spare. The tire was on there pretty tight, and no one could get it off without a better jack and a sledgehammer. In less than 15 minutes, Chrissy from Gifted Precision arrived and got the tire off in under 5 minutes. (And her nails looked fire.) “Great company the owner Tyler showed up to tow my truck, I slid into a ditch just morning on kilby Road just off Harrison ave. The shariffes department highly recommended ace towing & recovery the drive (Tyler) showed up fast very personal and knew what he was doing had my truck recovered from the ditch with no damages and even gave me a tow home and a ride he charged me a reasonable price that was way better then most companies I will call ace towing for all my towing needs from now on great family owned business and his wife that works the office great gal thank you guys so much !!!”

Their prices are always extremely reasonable, and you can tell they’re not trying to price gouge like some other places honestly, they’re often cheaper than anywhere else nearby. They consistently have everything I need in stock, which makes stopping in quick and convenient.
What really stands out, though, is the atmosphere. It has that genuine mom-and-pop shop feel that’s hard to find these days, and it makes a big difference. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they appreciate their regulars.
I find myself going out of my way to stop here now because it’s just a better overall experience. If you’re looking for a reliable place with great prices and great people, this is definitely it.”
