Absolutely, positively the WORST station in this area. I use the 7-Eleven app and it gets delivered via doordash. The dashers are always fantastic but the store and (most of) the employees are HORRIBLE. I can't tell you how many times I've been delivered expired food, 'cooked' pizza that was raw on the inside, I've gotten food poisoning twice and 90% of the time not even half my order is correct, either wrong items sent, completely missing or expired.
Yes, even tho I have these issues I still order because .. convenience, clearly; but they seriously need to get their shyt together it's absolutely absurd that these issues happen on a regular basis.
Pics are of 3 different times we ordered pizza and it wasn't cooked so we have to finish baking it ourselves.

You can’t pay from most pumps because of “card errors” and the pumps rarely have paper and can dispense a receipt. I’ve reported these issues several times to staff and it seems as if upper management is either unaware or they won’t fix these issues.

This store is always closed when it os advertised that its open 24 hours. For the last month 2 guys were running the store at night and we're doing a great job until 4 nights ago. Now there is someone working the night who looks to young to sell beer or cigarettes, he had a hung up saying to call to have door dashes brought out, then wouldn't answer the phone, same issue the next night and the night after, seen walking around the store and not acknowledging customers at all.

They have very old pumps and systems. They also failed to refund my money when the pumps weren't working and then failed to take responsibility when I came back to talk to them about it.
I had to dispute it through my credit card company.

There can always be good or bad employees at anytime anywhere at a gas station. With that said, this little gas station is the life blood of The Merriman Valley. It really is the ONLY spot to go get goods early morning or late at night when everything else is closed. Especially if you live down there and are leaving for that early morning commute. So. I think this place is in very bad need of expansion if anything. They need more pumps, more parking, a bigger store etc. It only comes down to being super popular, the only place viable at certain times and completely overflowing with customers sometimes. So when you NEED it. The place can be over ran and have 20 minute wait times sometimes in line at pumps or behind the counter. This is also coupled with the Cuyahoga Valley National Park literally surrounding it. So in nice times of the year tourism is insane. I know, i used to live down there and work for the park system. This really is a great location and they have a decent selection. They just need more of everything to keep up with the foot traffic at peak hours of the day.

This used to be a great gas station that I was always looking forward to going to. Every time I would walk in, I was greeted by the employees with high energy and a smile, this is no longer the case. The new employees do not show any kindness and quite frankly don’t even put in the bare minimum effort that a gas station job takes. On top of all that, the current inventory is terrible, along with no liquor license. Things must change.

What they’ve done with the place is absolutely ridiculous - once a loved 7-eleven by all of the locals, turned to a poor establishment. When they had young Indian men working, they were kind and polite - they did they work they had to and got things done. Now when you go, they have 6 people working instead of the typical 2, yet 5 of the 6 aren’t doing anything but taking smoke breaks outside, sitting on their phones, or just wandering around the store. It’s a bummer how this place dove.

I like this store the workers are nice but is it shut down or something now? There was yellow tape blocking one of the entrances and there’s a sign on the door I’m pretty sure

This 7-Eleven store shut down over a week ago with no warning, everything still inside. Just a sign posted on their front doors saying they were closed. The business was still not operating as I drove by this afternoon.

Don’t even order from here just plain ol last sent me wings that were so hard they had to been out atleast a week not even kidding and I bought 2 orders smh and couldn’t even eat one.. I was able to use one to knock on the door and be heard through the whole house smh

Went to the gas station at 10 on Sunday and paid $17 and today received a message sayingy total was updated to $42. Tried calling the store but the phone doesn’t work it just goes to a dial up tone. New employees never give you a receipt and put their own rewards number in so you can’t track transactions. They’re doing something sketchy in that store please for your own sake stay away from here.

This gas station is so over priced, I only go here when I half to. The cashiers are either really cool or they say nothing and stare at you while ringing up your stuff. Dollar store down the street is much cheaper if you can’t leave the valley but otherwise go up the street to circle K it is way cheaper than this place
