This is the worst beauty supply store to go to. After my experience yesterday I have been going there for years and the tall light skinned bald headed man yesterday was so mean and rude and unfriendly (I’m spending my money) I purchased a silk braid cap, walked out the door and realize it was the wrong one went right back in not even out for five minutes and he would not let me exchange for the right one. If he was a smart businessman, the one I wanted to purchase costed more than the one I had so I would have had to pay more money plus they would have kept a good customer of many years. I will never go there again they care less about our blacks they just want our money and very, very rude. please don’t go there. I really need to get a group and people and go pick it in front of the store .how they treat their customers they have lost a good customer plus many more because I know a lot of hairstylist and Hair Braiding Shops who get supplies from them and I’m letting them know please don’t go there go to Hawkins Plaza beauty supply, or go to Tony across the street on Hawkins much better service the tall bald headed man with a beard y’all really need to get rid of him he is running your customers away. I see another complaint in here about the same tall light skin the bald headed man with a beer, same incident as mine never seen him before after all the years of going there and also I have heard a lot of bad things about him after I spoke to a few people about how I was treated there at the store because word of the mouth travels, believe that and they don’t like him either he is messing up your business. A&A beauty supply on Copley Road in Akron Ohio is a very bad place to spend your money. They are very rude to their customers. Not a safe and clean environment very disrespectful. I would not recommend any customers to support their business.
