Absolute horrid company. Purchased a triple-a plus plan with them had to wait a week to be able to access the first tow. They hide that part in the terms and conditions. Underhanded business that takes advantage of their customers. Everybody should be wary of AAA of getting an type of service from them. Customer service was terrible as they don't offer any type of resolution

Crooks, terrible company. Have been a AAA member for year and paying membership fees. Tonight I needed roadside assistance. Called at 2pm and was told someone would be out by 330pm. No one called or showed up. It is now 9pm and per AAA they still don’t have a driver assigned. This company is happy to take your money, but refuses to actually provide the services they promise.

I'm about to report AAA claims person Ashley Richardson I had a very bad tow 02/2024 that left server damages to my car and the tow driver was told NOTyo put my car in the driveway because I have a slight hill and he did it anyway which left my driveway scratched up I reported it by it being winter I thought I would wait until the weather breaks and get the car and driveway done together now Ashley won't answer the phone nor return my calls my car is in the shop they are calling her as well and No dog gone response and she has done this multiple times she is doing everything to ignore me and this isn't the first time a tow driver damage something with my car

Worst driver ever. He was rude and tried to start problem with the tow yard he was at. Not sure ware they find drivers but they need to find new.

HARD TO FIND on the first pass - you have to veer left in a little alley BEFORE the bridge heading south on High St and you can't turn left into it heading north on Broadway. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't be in a hurry to get in and out.

AAA use to be really good now they just dispatch with any and everybody!!! They let these drivers accept stuff when they are way across town because of GREED!!! Then us paying customers have to sit and wait over a hour for driver coming from across town because they was the first to accept the pickup!!!! When it should be whoever in the area not who accept the job 1st!!!!!!

The very first time I spoke with James Adams he was so nice and very helpful. He claimed to have gone out of his way/job description to help me resolve my issues BUT after the issues still have not been resolved, the third time I called him, he became very rude and said " I am not your agent. Don't call me anymore, please call ___number." I tried to explain to him that I have called AAA customer service numbers and keep getting transferred AT LEAST 5 times all to no avail before I give up because no one knows what is going on.
I am in Summit County; your office is Summit County as is the Hudson office, but they do not have an insurance agent. WHO WILL help me?
