I got a car payment was due in 2 weeks. Motor went out in 3 weeks of having fixed with no problem My thing is you can't miss a payment if you do they will come get the car, truck etc what if you got sick and didn't work what if you lost your job and need the car to search for another one I wouldn't recommend no one here

I would not recommend abc auto to anybody that is struggling. They are professional con men. I've seen so many reviews about people cars taking a shit when they leave the store and they're still stuck making the payments. I can't believe this place is still open. I begged them to take my car back after it built up over 2k of costs in THE FIRST MONTH and they refused to take it back. They're an absolute menace to society and their warranty program SUCKSSSS. GOOD LUCK getting ahold of them when you're cars broken down. Good luck getting a rental car when you need it bc apparently they only have like fucking two.

Bought a 2015 USED vehicle which I pay Damn near $ 700 a month for which is a NEW vehicle price. Had the car 6 months and it breaks down. Take it to THEIR mechanic and their FAKE LISA WARRANTY doesn't even cover it..this is the second broke down vehicle I have bought from them and surely it will be My last. This company pay every 2weeks are just glorified loan sharks preying on people SHAME ON THEM AND SHAME ON ME FOR FALLING FOR IT. Read the warranty people its sounds pretty but it's not..will not be a returning customer

This is a huge maybe and can be a disappointment. My mother in law bought a car from here and they stay calling for a payment for her car. The car has a lot of issues for one the ceiling of the car leaks. She can't get a real mechanic to fix her issues. She can't miss a payment without them comin down her throat about s**** They also want a payment from you every paycheck. N their cars are pieces of s**** You can't trust em at all. Periodt

The car I bought was a 2010 GMC Acadia I got it in March 2022 I paid my first car note the 24th of March and literally the day after making my payment I started to get all problem with the vehicle...the struts were bad the O2 sensor was bad and they told me to call Lisa warranty but they were no help they were not trying to fix the problems on my car they said "that is all wear and tear issues" wear and tear? I've had the car for 2 weeks and the struts go bad the O2 sensor is bad and also the RPM fluctuate and literally drops to 0 RPM WHILE IM DRIVING AND THE POWER STEERING LOCKS UP... I have to try to pull to the side of the rode turn off the car and turn it back on just for it to be right again... I was happy with the guy who helped me get the car I'm not mad at the salesman I'm mad that dbs told me that all of the cars are maintenance before being sold...THAT WAS A GOT DAMN LIE.... You wanna buy a car don't go to ABC MOTOR THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A PIECE OF you be better off going to north coast or something

I purchased not one but two vehicles from this lot, thinking that the same problem wouldn't repeat itself. My first vehicle was a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu and less than 6 months I had power steering issues and went through Lisa Warranty where they scheduled maintenance for my vehicle. I have taken my vehicle back to the same mechanic shop over 8 times in one month because the problem kept occurring. Not only wasn't the issue fixed they created other issues in which power steering controls no longer worked and I no longer had a horn. My second vehicle I purchased from this company is a 2012 Nissan Murano and less than a week of having the vehicle the alternator completely died and broke down on the highway. I was almost in a severe accident where my daughter and I could have been severely hurt. I called warranty and they were extremely rude, I refused to take my car back to there 1 star garage and has nissan fully diagnose in which they found tons of problems. I had the repairs fixed myself but I highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle from them!

I had submitted an application online and they let me know I was approved. I was working with Lisa, she is incredible. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to commit yet so I was just looking around at vehicles. Lisa tried being super helpful as well as two other employees here. However when I decided that I'd like to wait at least a week before purchasing her manager Al began criticizing me, telling me I just came in and wasted everyone's time, he was yelling at me, I was treated very poorly, with everything I've been through with my four month old being hospitalized I didn't nor does anyone else deserve to be humiliated like that.
