Hands down, the worst branch. I placed an order in early July, called 3 weeks later, was told the material was not in yet. Called today and was told the order was never placed. The most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. All of them appear disgruntled and unhappy to be there. Find new jobs. I recommend getting supplies from literally any other branch. Or find them on the side of the road. You’ll have a better time.

Everyone here seems to hate their job at the front desk—even the manager is rude and disrespectful. It feels like people come here just to make others’ jobs miserable. Absolutely unacceptable way to speak to customers. Don’t come here; keep your money as far away as possible.

I have used ABC for hundreds of roofing and siding jobs for the past 23 years. Unfortunately I recently used Bob the Sales rep at the Akron store to do a Eagle view for me and my customer. After a few weeks that went by I noticed that he kept calling to see when I was going to get the shingles from him. My customer told me he wanted to go to Home Depot to put the shingles on his credit card , I said sure so we put the roof on with the shingles he picked out color and all. Bob continued 4 more times in a week to call me about his shingles. I told him that we just put the roof on and he said he knew and we put the wrong color ridge caps on and he looked it up on Facebook at my web page. He then blasted me on how expensive the Eagleview was and reeked me out why I didn’t use him, lol. Eagle view is 25.00 We have spent hundred of thousands with him on supplies. I have been in sales 35 years and was disappointed and discusted of what he said to me. I told him to go pound salt and he kept screaming at me. Would never recommend him to anyone. Willoughby Supply all the way. Never again ABC plus I have told everyone about him and my experience.
