Purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer Limited from these people 2 yrs ago. 1 week after purchase, oil was pouring out of the engine. Their mechanic states he did a full checkup and didn't see it. They fixed it regardless. 2 mos later...took it in for an oil change and they told me the water pump was gone - $4500.00. 6 mos later...water pump failed again...$4,500.00. Had to replace both front hubs...$1400.00. AC went out....$1500.00. As of last Wednesday, the cam-chain went out and they are recommending I replace the engine$7-$10,000.00.

They were very accommodating working with me remotely to get everything done. They even came in on Easter Sunday so I could drive my new van home. Thank you so much!! Awesome experience! Update. Over 2 months later and I still don't have plates for my van. No one will answer my calls emails or texts. And I was also deceived about the financing and ended up with an outrageous interest rate. I am afraid I am going to have to involve law enforcement and legal help. This has been the most horrible experience of my life. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Scammers! After completing my work, they issued me a check, which was canceled right away. Since then, I've tried reaching out multiple times, but my calls and messages were ignored. I haven't received a replacement payment. It feels deceptive, and I hope others are cautious when dealing with them. Be wary!

I live in Tennessee I bought a truck from these guys. They did not show me all the things that were wrong on it on the photos or the walk around set my parents up there on a 16 hour journey when I got there and the parts that were missing, they promised to send them. It has been six months. I still have not seen them Not to mention they messed up all of the title work. I have also called and have plenty of text message to prove where they said they would send it and they won’t even call me back.

Bought a car from David, said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Rolled my taxes into the loan and said I’d get a check to pay for them at the BMV, never received. The car has a check engine light on and promised to get me in for service, proceeded to block me after weeks of asking for updates on when I could get it looked at.

The dealership never paid for the dealership fee as promised. I’ve been waiting for a long time with no response or resolution. This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I strongly advise against buying a car from them — you can’t trust how they do business.

We purchased two trucks from Ride In Pride and within 30 days one had severe safety issues — nearly nonexistent brake pads and rusted rotors. They acknowledged the issue and agreed via email to cover parts if we handled labor. We sent quotes, followed up many times, and were promised resolution. Then they stopped responding, and the truck remains unusable. Even worse, their rep told us to report them to CarGurus, as if that would somehow solve the issue. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this dealership.

David and the team at AH Ride & Pride Auto Group did a phenomenal job of answering any and all of the questions I had. Justin set additional videos even the undercarriage. He walked me through how to complete the entire process online, he was patient and understanding as he walked me through everything.
