I’ve spent way too much money on my vehicle here and I’m still fixing the parts all over again. I have a warranties but I do not trust the service. They opened and left the top of my vehicles window open which caused MORE damage.they had my vehicle for over 3 months before we even got it back.

They were thorough in working up a puzzling intermittent issue, and very reasonable in what they charged. They didn't come up with a definite answer, but we made a plan if the problem continues.

Honda Odyssey broke down 4 hours into a 6 hour drive from rural PA to Columbus OH on a Sunday of course! AAA recommended they tow it to Akron Auto Clinic. I called Jason first thing Monday. He was courteous and professional and promised to check it out and get back to me. He did exactly that, Monday afternoon. Alternator was shot. He got it replaced at fair price on Tuesday. Went up and picked it up Wednesday. Job done!

Had to have my partner’s car taken here because we didn’t have the parts to fix it and we needed it done ASAP. They kept pushing us to let them do the brakes while they had it. We said no since the brakes were fairly new and in great shape…until the car came home. I truly believe these crooks replaced them with old ones during the “delay.” And I mean OLD—this vehicle was suddenly non-drivable and those pads were BARE. That kind of wear doesn’t happen in a day, and this vehicle only has 32k miles on it!!! Luckily we do our own repairs whenever possible so we got ourselves squared away without having to go back here. But God I wish I’d snapped a picture of everything before we had it towed! Absolutely criminal, never once have I had a shop do such a thing. They ought to be glad I wasn’t the one picking that car up.

Worst shop ever cheated my son out of 1200 and then pretty sure they did something to his brakes because they were fine when he took the car in. Took a lot longer than they said with every excuse for why. Dishonest do not trust.

Car got towed there Wednesday and was fixed and ready exactly 24 hours later. Great price. Really recommend this place.

Spent thousands at this shop
Had my truck in for two weeks for brakes/ suspension. Month after I received it, more suspension failed. (Second shop said they should have replaced) Missed an oil leak in engine that could have ruined my engine. Did work not asked for. Gave me a loner car with no gas in it. Got my truck back with a tank of gas missing. Avoid like the plague. Very bad place.

I had my vehicle towed there around 8:30pm on FRIDAY. They are one of the few mom and pop places opened all day on Saturdays iny area. They diagnosed and fixed the issue-- fried alternator-- before 2 o'clock Saturday! AND it cost 50 bucks less than what they quoted me once I got there to pick Gladys up. AND the owner and all the staff were suuuper nice. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I had my car towed to them last Thursday20, paid part on the diagnostic(they said it was not communicating with the car),next Thursday rolled around and they haven't worked on it,so I had it towed to another shop I new, and it was fixed the same day!,here it is sat 29it was a frayed wire, and a couple of bad relays.
