When I was tasked to help a friend of mine find a car with certain stipulations, I thought it would be nearly impossible to find. After weeks of looking, we finally found this gem on their lot for an incredible price. I immediately went out to look at it for my friend, and I was greeted by Rachel, who went above and beyond to help my friend get this car. After over a week with issues with my friends bank, Rachel worked with us and was super super patient and even put a full tank of gas in the car when we picked it up. Overall this was a seamless car buying experience, and Rachel made it so easy and stress free. The car is amazing by the way. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality used car with great customer service!! Update- We had a small issue with the car, so we called Rachel, and she told us to bring the car back to take a look at it. She fit us in immediately to get the small issue fixed for us and within 1.5 hours we were out the door with the car fixed with no penny out of our pocket. She truly stands by her cars and knows how to take care of customers!

I bought a car here a little over a year ago. They made the process so easy and were super friendly. The car I got, they had just got and hadn't went over it yet but I was still able to start the process and their mechanic went over the car very well and repaired anything that needed fix with no charge to me.

Do not - and I repeat, do not - buy a German car from them. They sold me a BMW 3 months ago. Advertised that it was in great shape, and its a lemon. But why wouldn't they sell Lemon's? Ohio's consumer protection laws don't protect used car buyers.I told them the second the car started having trouble, just to learn that they are incapable of working on German cars - even though they sold me one. Today the transmission shut off. Idk I think they're low lifes who know exactly what they're doing.
