Cotter Moving moved a heavy large format copier from the 2nd floor of our office to the main floor and then replaced it with a newer machine. In the process they had to dismantle open office partitions, and the work was all done flawlessly.
We also use their Courier service to deliver critical documents to various Building Departments in Northeast Ohio area.
Put their group on your speed dial and you won't be disappointed!

We are so happy we chose Cotter. Jeff and Eric were the most professional, pleasant, kind gentlemen. They made the move from Stark County to Holmes County an easy one. The cost was so low and they were so wonderful. If people do not choose Cotter then I pity them. Thank you so much.

We moved with Cotter June 26,27,and28, 2023. The estimate was precise, the move was professional. The team of 6 guys worked from 9 to 5 for 3 days which is what was recommended. Jeff and C.J. were absolutely above and beyond, but all the guys were hard workers and professional. We moved with this company 23 years ago into the house we just moved out of. We were just as satisfied then. If I were to move again, I would just hire them and skip the other estimates.

Awful customer service and careless movers.They will not take responsibility for anything of yours that they break due to a lack of concern and care on how THEY pack in into their trucks. If anything goes wrong you better know immediately before you sign anything.A tip for anyone that’s desperate enough to use this joke of a business, force the movers to wait around for a few hours until you plug all your electronics in and make sure they work.While you’re at it you should probably record yourself moments before they move anything, plugging in all of your electronics in making sure it all works too.Because when the screen your $2,000 TV gets damaged BECAUSE THE MOVERS LET IT BREAK IN THEIR TRUCK and no longer works at all, they’ll offer you $57 and a middle finger to replace it because you don’t have proof that it wasn’t broken before and that you aren’t just moving a broken TV for fun.And to respond to the thoughtless, copy and paste customer service “We’re sorry about your experience and hope you give us a chance in the future” response I’m sure you’ll reply to this with, no you absolutely don’t care about your customers. You overcharge for mediocre service, reckless packing of other people’s belongings and god awful customer service from someone who sounds like they’d rather be anywhere else than working the phones for your terrible business.

If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. All of the gentlemen were kind, professional and efficient on moving day. These men worked incredibly hard during the sweltering heat/humidity of August. I had to insist that they take more breaks, I could barely handle it myself and they were the ones doing the heavy lifting. These gentlemen were such a pleasure to work with, positive attitudes, lovely personalities, the job was finished faster than expected and we had a lot of laughs throughout! Such an amazing crew, I'm in the process of hiring them again to move my precious family heirlooms long distance.

They moved a very heavy piece of equipment and hauled it down very steep steps. The crew of three quickly analyzed a very sticky situation and got it done flawlessly and quickly. Kudos to the crew (led by Jeff). Also Steve in the office took pains to make sure I was updated frequently on the arrival time and coordinated everything. All very professional and friendly. Would recommend them highly. Very satisfied here in Cuyahoga Falls!
