I called this vet today after my dog was seen at the emergency vet yesterday. Receptionist that answered the phone was very rude. I explained to her what was going on and asked some questions, she did not seem willing to help me, had a very rude tone. Did not want to even make an appointment because of how unhelpful this lady seemed. Will not be taking my dog here.

Always attentive. No issues making appointments and techs and front desk girls are very kind. Dr Scott is great with my dogs.

There’s no vet I would trust as much as Dr.Scott. He has taken care of my pets since I was a kid. He cares so much about every cat, dog, and any other kind of critter that is brought in. He has also always answered my questions thoroughly in language that I can understand to make informed decisions about my fur babies. He’s one of the few vets I’ve heard of that gives you options and feedback on courses of treatment and doesn’t prey on lack of medical/veterinary knowledge to make a buck. There have been occasions when I bring my pets in with symptoms and he gives me options but recommends watching and waiting. He’s a vet that won’t require tests, medications or procedures unnecessarily to pad the bill. I wish this ranking system was more than 5 stars, they are 10/10 and I will only ever take my pets here for vet care.
The vet techs and receptionists here are also incredibly kind and helpful. The whole team here rocks!!

When we could get past the front desk person (Sarah C.) to get an appointment, our pet received great care. But Sarah has a history with our family, and it isn't a good one. So we couldn't get the care we needed for our pet. We recently called on a Friday because our furbaby had an ear infection. I called as soon as they opened. She had no problem asking us to wait until Monday, knowing how bad this hurts, all while exhibiting a snarky laugh. This isn't the first time we couldn't get an appointment. But it is the last time. We have moved on. Dr. Scott is wonderful only if you can get past Sarah and if your families don't have history.

Today was a very sad day for me, I said goodbye to my 4 legged loving family member named Sadie. Dr. Scott and his staff were so supportive and very caring towards my husband and I. Thank you so very much.RIP Sadie Wade

They are not welcoming and are extremely rude over the phone. They are the main reason I will not be returning.

Amazing vet office. My high drive, protection trained Beauceron was suffering with an ear infection when I brought him in, and the staff trusted me to handle my own dog when I told them he'll respond better to me handling him. As an experienced dog trainer, that meant the world to me because I've had vet staff at different clinics behave inappropriately and rushing him, not giving him time to get used to them, or being rough with him, resulting in a bad experience for my dog in the past. He also has hip issues and we made a treatment plan for that. They respected and trusted my input and were highly professional in their treatment recommendations. I'm so happy with the help we received, and we'll keep working with this office to make sure my boy is as comfortable as possible moving forward. I'll bring all my dogs here and will always recommend this office. From a dog professional, 10/10.
