Rude employees. A girl actually reprimanded me for taking a loaf of bread from a cart. Said it was a safety concern. Not sure how bread jeopardizes safety but if this were true, which it isn’t, why are there carts on the floor without safety signs? I asked the 20 year old manager and he danced around the subject so I asked if Corporate would back up his claim and he backpedaled. All over a loaf of bread. What a joke.

Famous low-cost grocery. Pay 25 c for the shopping cart but refundable when finished. Bring your own bags or purchase theirs. Good fruits/veggies, dairy, meat & fish. Limited selection overall.

Used to be a great Aldi, now consistently out of stock on many items, sometimes for weeks on end. Last time I was in, no orange juice, bananas, onions, bagged pretzels, ground turkey, or riesling. Half of the shelves were empty overall. Other Aldi locations in the Akron area do not look like this. The only reason I go into this one anymore is just because of the proximity of the other stores I go shopping at.

The store is dirty inside and out. The item maybe out of stock week to week. The morning staff park in the closest parking spaces. An act that would have gotten you fired when I worked at a grocery store. I’ve significantly reduced what I need to buy there. Overall just a badly run store.

Usually this store is great but lately they are hiring young rude people who don’t act like they want to be there. I stopped in today to buy some chicken breast. I picked up 3 packs and notice the price on the packages was different from the advertised price on the shelf. This has happened before and I’ve always told someone bc of the confusion. I found a young women in the next isle over. She was building an online order. As I telling her about the mix up, she acted like I was not even there and never looked up from her screen. She just said, “Umm huh” and that was it. I just walked away and checked out.

Rude cashier threw my food in the cart without caring if it would break or not. So my best friend gave me a look and started fixing my food in the cart for me. The cashier was rude and didn't care. I wish I would've gotten her name. But it was today. Some younger girl that had a bad and not caring attitude.

I used to love this location, not so much any more. This location is extremely crowded and ALWAYS out of something. It doesn’t help that the area is now over populated. Can’t wait to move and find another ALDI to frequent. I miss the days when only people like myself shopped at ALDI because the others thought it was for poor people and contained low quality items. Now they know differently and shop there in droves. ?
