I purchased a quilt and two pillow cases. When they were delivered to my home, I realized the wrong style was ordered. I took them back to the store on 3/2/24 and returned them and had the correct style ordered. I wasn't mad, because it was a mistake and could be fixed, but when I walked into the store with my box, it took a while to find someone to help me. I felt like I was bothering someone to make my exchange and get what I wanted on order.I was told during the exchange that my order would ship Tuesday 3/5/24. It is now 3/12/24 and I haven't heard anything and so I called the store. Lorelai, who originally helped me, was very rude on the phone as I tried to explain my situation. Once she realized who I was, she was more friendly, but put me on hold for a while to search for my order. I waited for a while, and was asked to remain on hold by another employee who then hung up on me. Lorelai called me back and I told her I was on hold and someone hung up on me and she didn't seem too interested. She told me that the items I ordered were expected to ship after 3/14/24. When I asked why, she got rude again and told me she didn't know when I was told the ship date was but today was only Tuesday. She had no interest in hearing that I was told last Tuesday and was only trying to understand what was going on. I ended the conversation feeling disappointed and regretting my purchase. I felt like I was an inconvenience multiple times. The items I purchased were very expensive and at this point, I don't even want them anymore.

The service was top notch start to finish. You have to know what kind of store you're in to understand what kind of staff you'll encounter. Not our cup of tea, but the furniture is well built.Salesperson found exactly what we needed.Delivery scheduling is best I've ever experienced.And the delivery guys were AWESOME. THIS STUFF IS HEAVY!!Only thing we didn't like so far is $10k for bedroom furniture, but if it lasts it is well worth it!

Lost a sale due to the rude nature of a woman we encounter. We were there picking up end tables we ordered. Was rude that we were there to get them and explained concern of damaged box. Was told I could unbox it but have to take garbage with us. No care if these expensive end tables were damaged or not. We were looking to purchase a couch we will no longer be doing so. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Everything that was said to us was rude. Based on the other reviews I read this seems to be an ongoing concern with no care from Arhaus.

Walked through the entire store twice without being greeted by an employee. Was just trying to buy the matching side table to my coffee table. Not sure if it’s because of what I look like or just because they have terrible customer service. Company will not be getting my business again.

I was supposed to get a piece of furniture today and it did not come. I called and they said it was not on the truck. There was no reason given. I asked about tomorrow and they said it wasn’t on that truck either. Im very disappointed in the delivery and hope that something can be resolved soon Maybe the best thing to do is shop elsewhere

Everything looks great but the prices are astronomical. $70 for a candle. $20k for a couch. I spend for quality. This is a bit overkill.

I just had a situation occur that has never happened to me before in a retail store - the salesperson refused to sell me an item unless I paid a $299.00 delivery fee.I was in the Fairlawn Arhaus on Sunday with my daughter, we were just killing a little time in the mall. We were just walking the store when I saw a chair (that was advertised in-store as a desk chair) that I fell in love with. We are going to be moving this summer and this chair was perfect for our mid-century decor. It was $999.00, which I felt was a bit pricey for a small, simple desk chair, but when you love something...I asked the salesperson, Dee, if they had it in stock and she said yes.I called the next day to speak with Dee to tell her I was coming in to purchase the chair, so that she could get credited for the sale/commission.I asked her if the chair was in stock in-store or in a local warehouse, as I wanted to pick up the chair myself, since it would easily fit in the back of my SUV, even if it was boxed. Next comes the amazing part.She told me it was in a warehouse, and they only delivered, no pick-ups.Then she told me the 'standard' delivery charge for Arhaus was $299.00!!I thought I had heard wrong. I told her the chair was very small and already $999.00. Paying that delivery charge would have increased the price by 30%! I asked her if that could possibly be correct, as it was 1/3 the cost of the actual chair. She replied that "this is the Arhaus shipping policy - you can buy a whole houseful of furniture and have it delivered for $299". I replied that's great, but I only wanted the one small chair. She said, "shipping is still $299". I ended the call, dumbfounded that a company would PASS on a $1000 sale, when the customer wanted to pick up the item himself. I even went on the website and put an item priced only $299.00 in the cart - and it was charging $299.00 for delivery of a $299.00 dollar item!How does a company like this stay in business with "anti-customer policies" like this one? I know I will never step foot in one of their stores again.

Arhaus should spend some time working on their POS system. It takes an extraordinarily long amount of time to purchase an item from checkout, over a half-hour was spent with the clerk who struggled to order three pillow inserts. In the end, he was unsuccessful, because I only received two. Every time I called in the two month window I spent waiting for pillow inserts, the salesperson apologized for how long the computer system took to "boot up." There seems to be an obvious problem with your computer systems, if your computers need a fifteen minute window just to function and your sales people can't figure out how to use the system.

Our visit was very nice. Our Sales Associate Sherry (The redhead) could not have been nicer and accommodating. Very knowledgeable about all her products. Patient and she made it a fun experience. We will decide what pretties we might purchase soon and definitely return. The location store is gorgeous! stop in to experience Arhaus in Akron/ Fairlawn area in Summit Mall.
