Sends unsolicited mail without reviewing addresses against the available list of people who don’t want junk mail filling their mail box. The mailing list was created to scrub against and help businesses to develop trust with consumers.
Since I’m on that list, and they think junk mailing is ok, I’ll never be using their services. Especially when they mail my home addressing to someone who wasn’t even the last homeowner we bought the home from more than 7 years ago.
Wayne J moving consultant @goarmstrongcom, have a word with your marketing team, would you? First they need to think about using that list. Second, they should be looking at the list they ARE using because it is woefully out of date anyway…

The Data & Marketing Association, or DMA, previously the Direct Marketing Association, is part of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA). Since this change was made to the organization in 2019, the members of the DMA have become members of the ANA. As part of the ANA, companies can purchase an optional service called DMAChoice, which requires them to comply with the National Do Not Mail List. These companies sign up for DMAChoice to increase customer trust and spread marketing insight while limiting the overuse of personal information.

Cherryl was fantastic in making the arrangements and all her communications were excellent. Moving is extremely stressful but she made the experience so smooth. I am thankful for her continuous follow ups. Wish I could move every day just to deal with her. The movers were very professional and extremely efficient. Did an amazing job packing and unpacking and both crews in Boston and in Pittsburgh were equally friendly but professional. Fast service and quality packing unpacking with care. Thank you

We used Armstrong for a recent move for my job at the Massillon City Health Department. They were wonderful! Our consultant was very responsive and our moving team (Christian was the lead) were OUTSTANDING!!

Used them for assistance in an office environment move in/out. Could not have been happier with the crew. They were extremely flexible as our dates kept moving on them, but they always told us not to worry. They took care of our items carefully and we could not believe how quick and efficient they were. Will be using them again next time.

I chose this company to pack and move our household. From the initial quote to packing day and then to the final move day, they executed our move with efficiency and timeliness. They were all professional and friendly. The packing and moving crew worked very hard and took great care of our furniture and household. I am very happy and will use them again.

Our move date was up in the air up until the day of the move. The sales and logistics staff worked with us the entire time. on move day the movers were punctual and professional and handled our move with care and respect for the properties and contents. Very impressed would absolutely use again.

We were undecided on moving date and which company to use as we were going from Ohio to El Paso, TX. Debra Torrey made it extremely easy by providing alternative dates and providing valuable feedback quickly. She is very knowledgeable and professional but yet has a calm way about her making it a pleasurable experience. What could have been a very stressful process was made extremely smooth and seamless.
