Had a pleasant experience walking in the door. The staff is really nice as well. Got 2 teeth pulled and didn't feel a thing!! The ladies who did my x-rays and the Dentist were awesome!! I recommend them to anyone!

Booked an emergency appointment because of a toothache. Went there and told me I would need a tooth extracted but I would need to come back. What good is an emergency appointment if they won’t do anything!

I had an excellent experience. A lot of people feel tremendous anxiety going to the dentist and I am one of them. Everyone was so kind, from the receptionist to the radiologist and of course the doctor. I have quite an issue that needs to be addressed and everyone made me feel very calm and confident that it's all going to be okay. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

I'm terrified of dentists and I told them when I came in, they treated me kindly and with respect and explain every step in my process. I came for a wisdom teeth removal consultation and was given just that. They were kind and respectful when I stated I wanted to continue with my dentist covered by my insurance for my cleaning and checkups. They set me up with a quick surgery appointment and financing options for my surgery including a 0% financing at 18 months. Yes there are more affordable options out there but I would like to be completely sedated for my surgery and the financial options were able to work well with my budget. I want to thank the staff for my timely and helpful visit!

I knew something was off from the moment I stopped by. Went in for an extraction and found out I needed 5 teeth removed, needed a bridge and two fillings? Hmm. The dentist didn’t seem to have a personality, and did not make me feel confortable in the slightest. I dislike going to dentist to begin with. Let’s not even talk about pricing… I canceled my extraction appt and am getting a second opinion. Stay away from this place.

I have had really REALLY bad experiences withs denists, i now need dentures something im frankly ashamed of. Went in to get all the options for getting some. The staff were nice, but still was nervous. My mom, who is 87, has cancer, and lives on the other side of the country, was willing to co-sign on financing, as i wanted to get dentures that were a little on the higher end so they wuld last. After xrays, and being told the options, i spoke with the finance rep on site, with my mom co-signing, the financed amount wasn't a worry, but i needed to budget for the monthly payments to a range I could handle. I was told my mom had to be there IN PERSON to sign or finalize any financing. I let them know that wasnt really an option as she live across the country, but she could e-sign any documents. And then i was told very abruptly, that there was nothing they could do for me, with the excption of ADDING TEETH AS I COULD AFFORD THEM! Just walked out and will NEVER go back, i felt ashamed a humiliated. I called my mom to let her know, and within 24 hours, she helped me secure a 50K loan at another dentist to get the dentures that I need. Im pretty sure from their financial rep, she was only working there for the paycheck. To be clear the other people helping me to that point, were very nice and supportive.

I specifically made an appointment to have a dental cleaning. At no time was I told that I would have 12 X-rays, ONLY. I would have to come back for the cleaning. The schedule was booked and no time for a cleaning. Why wasn’t I told this when I made my appointment??I expressed that I wasn’t happy at how this was scheduled, and the assistant that took me back and was doing the xrays, got an attitude and asked me if I wanted to cancel the appointment. ?!?She also stated, “ they should tell patients that” ( meaning no cleaning was going to be done).I think we were 8 X-rays in, when I asked, “ how many more, because I’d never had this many dental xrays, EVER! And I stated that my mouth was getting sore from biting down on the metal apparatus put in mouth crooked …She said, “ this is what the Dr ordered, but we can quit right now if you want!” !We certainly aren’t going to do anything you don’t want to do !!!NOT a good impression of a first visit……

Horrible service.. excessive use of X-rays even when I asked for minimum exposure to radiation… the girl proceeded to do 25 X-rays without even properly covering up my thyroid and neck area. Never in my life has a dentist office done that many X-rays. Completely unnecessary. The customer service is on another level of awful. will never go back

If I could give zero stars I would. I was having severe tooth pain. I called around for local dentist offices that had emergency appointments. I told the receptionist on the phone my issue (that I am in severe pain, and need a tooth pulled.) I am told it will be 230$ to have an emergency appointment, and I was in tears looking for someone who could help me with my tooth problem. So I take the appointment. After i get there i get there i ask the hygienist why she is taking so many X-rays( for a one time emergency visit) and she goes to,”check,” then comes back and continues taking way to many x rays for a single tooth extraction. Anyways, after being in the office for 2 hours, the dentist pokes her head tells me a full plan for the future of my teeth, and i clearly tell her that,“Aspen doesn’t carry my insurance” that, “i am at aspen dental to get an emergency extraction done.” She walks out. 30 minutes later a financial planner waltzes in telling me these expensive and/or grossly aggressive plans, and their costs.By this time I am back in tears. I have sat here for 3 hours in 8-9 severe pain continuously repeating to 4 different people how i need antibiotics, and my tooth pulled, but none of them could care less. So then Ms. Financial says,” they aren’t going to pull your tooth.” I say,”what did I pay 230$ for then?” She says, “oh you already paid? Let me go check.” She exits. Then, returns saying ,”it will be another 330$ to pull my tooth.” I told her, “I don’t have 330$ to give her, i just paid 230$ upon my arrival for X-rays that I don’t even need except for one of the tooth in question.”I walk out to my mom (that was there with me) in tears. I explain how they want to get 560$ to remove my tooth, and so far i have X-rays that costed me 230$. That this is a money grab. i’ve never experienced this first hand. After, I went to Access point they did free limited x rays, got me on antibiotics, and were amazing from reception, to hygienist, and the dr. was so compassionate I’m going back for a porcelain crown, and she took my pain away. Save yourself some money, and go see a real dentist office where they will help you instead of steal your last dollar when you are down, and turn u away without even antibiotics….

Ok, I decided to do a new review. I had put an previous review up and was very displeased with my dentures. I was offered another appointment to come back in to see what could be done to fix the problems I had. Though there is still a few things I'm not 100% pleased with, they did make some adjustments to my satisfaction. Some things couldn't be changed without starting all over. Didn't really want to start all over, but after talking about and making the adjustments, I feel better about my dentures. I will recommend Aspen. I love the atmosphere and the staff is very pleasant.

HR at work warned me not to go, should have listened. Unethical billing practices and hard up sales. This is a chain, you are a number, they will find a way to get more money out of you .

This place is horrible! Made a apt for my daughter and on the way there after paying a babysitter for her brother they call and tell me they don't see anyone under 18! This is after giving scheduling all her info.. then I get a call to confirm my appointment and they tell me sorry we do not take your insurance! The place that you get when you call is in Syracuse New York and are not trained in state to state office policy!! Thanks so much for wasting my time and my money!

Online scheduling system was down, so there was a forum you fill out. After that, THEY CALL you to make an appointment, they called me Thursday and made an appointment for Monday morning. Got email confirmation and everything. Monday comes around, I drive 30 minutes, and they can’t find my appointment?? In fact calls me a “ghost appointment”. Sends me on my way within 2 minutes of me walking in. No sincerity. Nothing. As a business, if you mess up, it’s your responsibility to make it better. People have jobs and lives. Anyways, they told me they would call me back to reschedule (which i don’t even want anymore, will be taking my business elsewhere) ? Which they still have yet to do. For a place that says “walks in” taken on the FRONT door, maybe they should start taking care of the people with appointments, FIRST, and if not, offer one of those walk in spots? Just not professional in any way.

I did have a good experience till 3 weeks ago I had such a bad toothache that I cried at night. I called Aspen gettingdental and they said we can't get you in.for a month. I said its an emergency. That said we can't help you. I found a denist the same day and I called and they said you can come in now. They pulled the tooth. The next day I had a crown fall out. I called then and the same day within 10 minutes of calling I was in getting the crown cemented back in. What a great denist. I will never go back to Aspen or will I recommend any one there. If they cared they would have worked me Robin Keller
