The assistant we dealt with was nice but her coworkers were rude and no help at all. When my contract is up I will be going to another company. I would not recommend AT&T to any of my family or friends.

I'm only giving a one-rating because a zero rating was not an option. I had the absolute worst experience of my entire life in a retail setting from this store. I had an issue with my phone that neither the associate or store manager could resolve, so their solution was to sell me a new phone. After a brief discussion I agreed as this is a business account and having a phone that actually works is imperative. After an hour of paperwork and data transfer I left with a working phone. I went home, put it on charge, ate dinner and went to bed. Friday morning when I woke up I was having the same issue with the new phone, the notification alert tone for incoming text messages stopped working, and I need this to work as most of our customers text us and we like to respond in a very timely manner. I went back to the store when they opened that morning to be greeted by the same two who helped me the night before, I explained the issue and the first words out of their mouth was "what did you do to the phone?" I said, nothing, I put it on charge and went to bed, woke up and it wasn't working. The mgr. was clearly agitated with me and said this, yes, he said this, "well, this phone is junk and I don't why we even sell it." Yet, he was happy to sell it to me the night before. He then tried to up sell me again and I wasn't having it, I said, "this is a brand new phone and I would expect it should work." The two tried to remedy the situation, and again, could not, so we decided to try another new phone, and even exchange. The transfer was taking way longer than expected so I asked them about how long this might take as I have a full day of work ahead of me. The mgr. became belligerent and stated that maybe I should come back when I have more time. I said, I'm here now and I'm your only customer, perhaps you could work on a solution? The mgr. then stood up, raised his voice and proceeded to lecture me on how to run a business, (which I really didn't care about), as I own and run a business, I just wanted my phone fixed. The conversation escalated and the mgr. told me to come back later and I said, I'm here now and don't have time later. He then through me out of the store and told me to never return. Furthermore, at the exit door he said, "and don't go to another ATT store either , if you have a problem deal with online support." He then said, "and never come back to my store." Naturally, I went to the next closest ATT store with my broken phone and my problem was resolved within 20 minutes. This mgr. should not be dealing with the general public as he is omnipotent, belligerent, arrogant and disrespectful. The only reason I am not leaving ATT is because of the great customer service I received at another store. Beware of this store.

I would give 0 stars if possible, they told my grandma she needed a new phone, when we didn’t they just had to reset the service. While the phone was being set up they used my grandmas google and left a review for themselves and when I called Isaiah out on it he told me not to come in the store. Currently in the process of with a lawyer for a fraud investigation, would not recommend this store.

I went to this store to transfer a phone number and trade in a phone. Lo and behold they did not process the trade in. Will they fix it? Stay tuned.
Edit. They in fact did not fix my issue and have now raised my suspicions that the guys (who was fired) was handling my transaction stole the phone I traded in and kept it for him self or even sold it. There is no record of the trade in on my receipts or in the system. This store will steal your phone and your money. Go elsewhere.

Avoid this location. Drake and Brandon lied to get me to sign up. After a week and a half of calling to get things straightened out and being hung up on, placed on eternal hold, and being told several times that it would be taken care of and I’d get a call back, I finally had to call customer service to get the lies straightened out, get a refund issued, and get my service disconnected.
Brandon no longer works there so he apparently got busted. AT&T needs to take a hard look at this store and it’s employees.
For future reference Drake,McDonald’s is always hiring.
Maybe you’ll see Brandon there.
Stay away from this store. After my experience, I’ll be staying away from AT&T all together.

We are not happy with the service we received this store. They added insurance without our permission or knowledge. They made multiple mistakes setting up our service causing us hours on the phone with customer service and a trip to the corporate store.

Would NOT recommend - scammy. I went in to simply upgrade my phone and I already knew exactly what I wanted. Seem friendly enough but they add additional things to your account without any authorization. Never show you the screen they are clicking away on. Would avoid and go to a real AT&T store as I now have to go in to a different store and see if I can get all the extra stuff they added off my account.

I was misled into signing up for service. The representative Brandon- quoted me a price for two new lines of $113 plus tax... so I accepted. Today, I received an email that stated that I would be paying $191 for October then $152.01 there after. More than doubling my bill. The thing is, I didn't need to sign up for this in the first place. I was happy paying for my line and having my wife and mother in-law on a pre paid line. We had just paid for my wife's pre paid monthly plan of $40 and lost that money. I was definitely scammed... proof with pictures!

I traded in old phone, and they lost my old phone and I got charged $556, and the manager Brandon says he's looking into it, but it's been over 2 months and he won't respond to my text messages anymore. Att won't help either they said that I have to take it up with the store.
