I've been trying to get a hold of someone for a few days. Even had set up multiple call backs. Called this store and started explaining my phone issues was then hung up on twice. Third time was sent to customer service. We will be changing phone carriers.

Make sure they tell you everything about any new contracts and make sure the promotions are up to date. I would watch your back is all I'm gana say. They did us dirty. They sold us 2 phones for 400$ off each with trade in and forgot to mention the sale was no longer valid after multiple reassurance everything was worth it. Seriously watch out.

Brandon the store manager is very unprofessional. My family and I entered the store on two occasions and were lied to repetitively. We called corporate and spoke to a representative (Shawnetta), she was very helpful and resolved our concerns to the best of her ability.

Upgraded my phone today. Kids in the store were nice, but after I left I had to use AT&T customer support to remove the 'Up Next' service from my plan (which was added without my consent), and they also didn't register my SIM. They had me look over my phone before I left but it was connected to the wifi so I couldn't tell there wasn't service.Doors weren't unlocked after 11 and the times listed on the door were incorrect. Last year my boyfriend upgraded his phone at this store and had to go back to get his service fixed.

Jeremy and Courtney were awesome at helping me switch from Verizon and I sticky situation. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Arlington branch AT&T very good customer service

Back in September, 2022, I came in to check about the $800 credit for any phone any condition. Decided on a phone, got it the next day, a few days later brought in my Note 10+ trade in. Was told by the worker it could take 3 billing cycles to see the credit. Have been paying the $29 monthly charge since then. Currently April, 2023I stopped in to the store after 3-4 cycles to check and was told by a manager that they were emailing someone above them to inquire about this. After not hearing back for over a week I went to the store again, was told yet again they would email whoever since they did not get a response. Was also given the managers work number to contact, called this number multiple times with no answer and a full voice mail box. Called the store another time to speak with the manager but they were busy at the moment.Extremely upset to have done my part with the trade in, have been patient and gave up an unlocked phone just to be stuck in this situation. Cannot currently recommend this store or ATT for that matter. Probably should've taken the extra 10 minutes to go to the corporate store in Canton

Drake and Kourtney were amazing. Me and my sister walked in and walked out with 2 new phones with barely any money down. My android took 2 hours to transfer:( so they stayed until it was done and helped me put my screen protector on. Every other AT&T I went to was hard because no one explained anything. They explained everything and even helped us navigate the customer service for another phone provider! We were there for a while running into all kinds of things that they figured out. Would give 10 stars:))

Was in this store several times for several issues as frustrating as it was, the help was amazing especially Austin at the Arlington. Road location he was there to navigate me through the whole previews. I know if I need anything in the future I’ll be back there.

My visit ended on a positive note because Maribel went above and beyond to help me. She is a very good employee and shouldn’t have to work all by herself!! This store is way too busy for one person! Please work on making it a little easier on your employees

I brought my son’s phone in because his new phone would not take the transfer from his old phone. Austin was very patient and extremely helpful to get everything transferred over. The process took some time but he made it happen. We appreciate his helpfulness and customer service.
