The initial completion estimate was early to mid November. That was pushed to late November because more parts were needed. It was then delayed again to December 2, and a third time to December 4, with staff still unsure if it would be finished that morning. This pattern of shifting dates and poor scheduling felt very unprofessional. When I arrived on December 4, no one offered a walk-around of the vehicle with me. Before leaving, I noticed new dents and scratches on the driver side door and rocker panel that were not present before the repair. If the shop missed damage that clearly occurred during the repair process, it makes me question the quality and thoroughness of the work performed on the parts I can't see. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not trust your shop with my vehicle in the future.

David was amazing there, he was super professional and straight to the point while being polite. Got it done super fast and offered to even do things with insurance on my behalf. One area of opportunity would be the phones to call in, I tried to call 2-3 times and no one would pick up. But they did soon after send links to show progress in the repair. I may have just revived mine later in accident.

Very dissatisfied with Quality of work! Picked up vehicle and tires were low and one was flat. Missing bolts and missing clips for fender. Adhesive on my brand new grill and my
Horn was disconnected and just hanging. Definitely don’t recommend
