“I had Allstate for years and it was honestly great, I only switched because my husbands insurance was a little better/ cheaper. The customer service here is amazing, the service is great, the app was helpful, I could always call and ask questions , get quotes, just talk to someone if needed about my car/home insurance.The last few times I’ve called in I’ve spoken with Dale Wassenar and he is SO helpful and nice. Honestly the entire switching insurance process was stressful and he was able to get me quotes, change my name / information, and everything so quickly. He was so nice and cracked jokes with me. 10/10 customer service.An update; through fault of my own not on all state- but Today I spoke with Brian hummer who was seriously so great, he helped me fix my policy, ensured me that things were corrected and was able to explain the process to me in a friendly and informative way.Maybe I’ll be back someday ! “I am a member of the Auto-Owners Insurance company, and recently needed to contact them as my vehicle had been hit in a parking lot, and the owner of that vehicle failed to identify themselves nor leave any contact information. I was contacted by Robert Astor, a representative of Auto-Owners Insurance. He discussed all the steps I needed to follow as well as who to contact for the repairs and rental vehicles. The repair took approximately two weeks, and when I picked my vehicle back up yesterday, it looked good as new. Robert stayed in contact with me during the entire process, and continued to remind me to contact him should I have any questions or concerns. “Todd Young, Barbara and Eliajune have always been class people. Whenever I call the office I am never rushed or feel hurried on the or in person. I recently had a claim due to the winter weather. When I called the office I was put in contact with my adjuster within 20 minutes. I also received an email from Todd checking to see in things went well. Todd and his staff are the banner for good (great) customer service. There is no other insurance company or agent and office staff I would deal with. I am proud to say I have been a customer with Todd for over 21 years and I have NO intention of changing.
