“On 10/7/25 a water line to my dishwasher ruptured during the middle of the night. I woke up to a major water mess! A broken line can pump out a lot of water in a few hours. I had a considerable amount of drywall damage, ceiling tile damage and carpet damage. I called Kimberly of Ron Smith Insurance Agency of Akron when their office opened. Badger Restoration of Akron responded in a timely manner to dry out my home. They had numerous heavy duty fans and drying equipment. The drying of my home took about three days. The Badger Crew then started working on repairs. They worked for about two weekday weeks to complete the repairs. They returned by home to pre-flood condition. I pray not to have another major water leak but will call Kimberly and Badger Restoration immediately if it occurs.
