I go to Autozone a lot for Parts and such. I left my rewards card there and went back to get it. The Manager had it and said that they don't use cards anymore. Well I had 25 dollars in rewards on that card. Calling and talking to corporate is a dead end. I WILL NO LO GER EVER USE AUTOZONE. And trust me they get a lot of my money. But I from now on will go to O'reilly's auto parts.

I was having issues with my car and the employee, Shy Hoskins, did an outstanding job. Went above and beyond helping me find the correct parts I needed. She was very patient with me because I didn't know what I needed or what I was doing, she took the time to go over everything with me to make sure I was getting the right parts. 10/10 service! Thank you Shy!

To whom it may concern, future customers/ hopefully management and I’ll tell you why. First off normally I wouldn’t go above and beyond if I didn’t have a reason to but in this instance I must. For the last decade and a half I’ve ran my own business with 10+ employees at a time, and they came and went for various reasons. I dealt with customer service on the phone all day because my team and I were in the telecommunications. That leads me to my experience at auto zone, I happen to walk in tonight and was second in line to a gentleman who needed one very specific socket size that I watched (who I came to learn this employees name as shy) help this man gracefully got to all lengths to find exactly what he was looking for although he was attempting to walk out three times because it seemed they were striking out. Mind you there is two other car parts stores within 1 mile. However Shy walked the walk and talked the talk and did everything she could to find this size socket. In the end not only did the man not leave and go somewhere else because it seemed they didn’t have it, she upsold him because she established although he only needed one socket for 10$ +\-, the benefits of buying this whole socket set which included the one he needed for 60+dollars!!! Now I was only in there for a bulb but the approach, knowledge, and willingness to help lead to Shy helping me plan out the rest of this whole front end built I am doing. Point is in my years in customer service I loved when my employees acted in this way and in this manner, especially when nobody was watching. I hope when you go in you ask for her because you’ll find or learn what you need/need to know quick, efficient, and with a smile. Not to mention she pointed out every sale for anything I needed that I could take advantage of! I would have loved to have ten of her working for me

I came in looking for a part after being sent by another store, Shy and Noah showed me very great customer service and went above and beyond to ensure i was a happy and satisfied customer. As i was having a bad experience with my search, they helped me and even shared some cheerful banter, and i left in a better mode than I came with.
