To whom it may concern, future customers/ hopefully management and I’ll tell you why. First off normally I wouldn’t go above and beyond if I didn’t have a reason to but in this instance I must. For the last decade and a half I’ve ran my own business with 10+ employees at a time, and they came and went for various reasons. I dealt with customer service on the phone all day because my team and I were in the telecommunications. That leads me to my experience at auto zone, I happen to walk in tonight and was second in line to a gentleman who needed one very specific socket size that I watched (who I came to learn this employees name as shy) help this man gracefully got to all lengths to find exactly what he was looking for although he was attempting to walk out three times because it seemed they were striking out. Mind you there is two other car parts stores within 1 mile. However Shy walked the walk and talked the talk and did everything she could to find this size socket. In the end not only did the man not leave and go somewhere else because it seemed they didn’t have it, she upsold him because she established although he only needed one socket for 10$ +\-, the benefits of buying this whole socket set which included the one he needed for 60+dollars!!! Now I was only in there for a bulb but the approach, knowledge, and willingness to help lead to Shy helping me plan out the rest of this whole front end built I am doing. Point is in my years in customer service I loved when my employees acted in this way and in this manner, especially when nobody was watching. I hope when you go in you ask for her because you’ll find or learn what you need/need to know quick, efficient, and with a smile. Not to mention she pointed out every sale for anything I needed that I could take advantage of! I would have loved to have ten of her working for me

I came in looking for a part after being sent by another store, Shy and Noah showed me very great customer service and went above and beyond to ensure i was a happy and satisfied customer. As i was having a bad experience with my search, they helped me and even shared some cheerful banter, and i left in a better mode than I came with.

I was in a couple days ago, and manager Shy was putting in a battery for a lady. It was really cold outside and she did her best to get the battery in. She had such AMAZING customer service. I had to get wiper fluid when I came in and Manager Derek had used an unpleasant tone with her telling her she took to long to do a battery. He was very rude. Good job Shy. Thank you for being awesome.

Update: went to another location and their manager said it was as easy as typing my phone number in. My money went back where it came fromI tried returning my core for an alternator and all of my purchase information was in their electronic database. I had the original debit card used for purchase and my License. I was told my receipt information was stored on the database. And the manager tried to force me to put it on a store gift card since I didn't have the paper receipt. Nah bro try again

I got what I needed. A little busy, but it was nice weather for a Sunday . I bought a club to help keep thefts down on KIA Souls. Insurance on them are outrageous.

We were getting off the highway and our muffler fell off our car. We pulled into AutoZone and bought clamps and cover so my husband could fix muffler. The employees at AutoZone where so nice they let us, use some of there tools and let my husband fix the muffler in there parking lot. Yes I definitely would use AutoZone forever and tell my friends and family to use AutoZone to.

Stopped in for some tire wet and glanced upon my go to that happen to be on sale. Well the tag was in the wrong space and turns out it was the spray, not the aresol that was on sale. The Manager Derek was quick to rectify the mishap and still honored my purchase at the sale price. Kudos to you Derek for the Great Customer Service!!?!

Just because they still have the best warranty in the auto industry. Customer service is good but some better then other's my opinion & it dose not reflect autozone or autozone policies.

Worst experience I could possibly have came in looking for parts that I approved to buy he said I can buy here the cars no knowledge said GM parts from AutoZone do not recommend stuff
