1-25-25 around 2pm. I didn't catch his name but a red headed, bearded employee was rude and condescending towards me while I tried to purchase a battery. I think he thought he was being funny. It wasn't. He needs to act more professional because someone won't be as nice as me and will knock this guy out. I wanted to but instead I bought a battery down the street from advance auto parts. Employees there actually talked to me like a customer

The lady working the day I stopped in (Katie) for wiper blades was friendly, and well informed.
She assisted with installing them on my car, and made a good recommendation on which blade to buy... She saved me a nice bit of coin by suggesting a different brand, and honestly the wipers she recommended are just as good as the more expensive ones I typically buy.

Went to AutoZone not even a couple minutes ago and got treated like a teenager just because I’m wearing a jersey jacket does not mean that you treat somebody as a teenager. I’m almost 30 years old. It just seemed like she didn’t wanna be bothered with me asking for help on windshield wipers for my vehicle just because it snowed outside

Then gentleman with the braids or maybe there dreeds wasn't trying to feel rude or stare but he's awesome worker and very helpful. I recommend this location. Not rude and always clean.. there customer service is a-1
