They now charge you to pay your bill regardless if it is by Card or Bank Account, talk about a scam. Pay your bill but make sure you pay us to make your payment as well, horrible business practice with no recourse for us consumers.

Typical day in March where I found out it would be 3 hours before the power would come back on when it went out at 11:30pm for no apparent reason. This after years of minor outages lasting a few minutes. They should not be having a 15 degree temperature change in a day.

As long as you continue to charge a service fee for online payments I will never go paperless. So keep mailing those statements.
