The whole process of renting a vehicle was so fast and easy. I did everything online. Ernest was the best too. He is so friendly and nice. He made my pick up and drop off fantastic. He really is a great asset to the company. I will certainly recomend Avis. They are resonable and have great cars.

I want to shoutout the absolute BEST customer service I have ever received from any company EVER!! This location has one of the most amazing person I have ever had to deal with! His name is Ernest and to be honest if he wasn’t there this location would never get positive reviews he seriously goes above and beyond any car rental company ever has and we travel and deal with a lot! Ernest makes this location seriously!!! We are from Hawaii and he has the most aloha as anyone I’ve met. Much mahalo Ernest we will always remember you!!!

Rates on the website are not as advertised. Each page shows different rates, discounts, availability, etc. The advertised discount rate and the displayed rate did not match. Their website showed me a breakdown where they calculated 35% of $300 to be $50. That's some sketchy math.
Avis also displays all prices without "taxes and fees", but the fees are the big one. They will show a rate of $200, but when you go to checkout there is an additional $200 of fees with a few dollars of tax.

Ern has flipped me from Enterprise to Avis! I own a small business and for the past 5 years I was loyal to Enterprise and even a Gold member. Last year was the big switch to Avis. By far the best customer service, if that particular store Diane have it he’ll call around and make it happen. I’m now a preferred plus!

Poor customer service. This gentleman at the front desk doesn't want to rent it out to corporates, rather as a corporate it should have been even better customer service. May they aren't used to corporate customers, in that case they seriously need some education and training.This gentleman wasn't ready to honor the online booking and creating all kinds of hassle and putting conditions, seriously?Only reason I went there is due to the location and being open on a Sunday. Need to think again before renting from this place. It may only be this gentleman, Avis needs to fix this sooner to avoid unsatisfied customers.
