Dr. Graney is the best dentist I have found. I’ve been to horrific offices before and had horrible experiences but she is the most patient and caring dentist! Always takes care of any concerns I have with my teeth. I won’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed with this office services! My husband has been a patient for more than 5 yrs and this office has done nothing to help him and he is just home suffering and I don’t know what to do? What happened to honoring the hypocritical oath? These Doctors don’t care about their patients!!! If you love your family avoid this office very unprofessional

The waiting inside at the reception is not appropriate in a hospital like this. And why is the appointment delayed for a long time? If you come at the same time, you will be delayed in completing the paperwork and waiting outside, and then they cancel the appointment and set an appointment for a month and a half later. Unfortunately, this happened to me.

I tried to make appmt for years to remove a tooth ..they are right down the street frm ME They never answer the phones like what type of Dr make u leave a message for a APPOINTMENT anyway ? then they never call back or purposely send u to the VM This place should be shut down for Patient neglect cz im sure the Managers are aware of wats going on and they allow their Lazy staff to do it! This office is fairly new at that and look how they treat their Patients i would not recommend and dont let them play in ur mouth !!?

Dr Jenna did not fully disclose all side effects of the medication Lisinopril, I was only told a little swelling of the lip but I was hospitalized with a swollen face and told by the doctors and nurses at the hospital that I had to be admitted because of possibly swelling of the throat and toungh that could kill me do to suffocating, I was told by Dr Jenna initially only a little swelling of the lip and high risk of the lip because of my African American heritage, I emailed the administrator but has not been contacted back.

bad service I took my son for a check-up, and the black doctor only talked about the study, he did nothing or nothing for the pain, we just wasted time and he called us immigrants, without knowing that we are American citizens, that doctor treated us badly, I asked for some vitamins for my son and he said he doesn't need bad service, and if they charged for the insurance !!!with koyejo Oyerinde bad doctor!!! He didn't just talk about school for my son and I am not an immigrant, I pay my taxes every year!!!

The lab that access point is horrible they have one person who is very slow and you have to wait almost an hour for a 2-minute lab work I absolutely hate coming here for lab work

This place is a complete joke. You can never get anybody to answer your phone call. I have called every single day for the past week to try to make in an appointment. I have left a message or two each day and still no answer. I ended up in the emergency room because IThis place is a complete joke. You can never get anybody to answer your phone call. I have called every single day for the past week to try to make in a appointment. I have left a message or two each day and still no answer. I ended up in the emergency room because I cannot get a hold of my primary care doctor. I will not be using this place anymore and I highly advise anybody who is considering using this place to look elsewhere. There are a lot better options in places they can fit you in their schedule and answer and return phone calls with medical conditions.

It’s a shame that the community needs help and no one answers the telephone!! Walk in and it’s a nightmare for the waiting room to be fully packed!! Praying that it gets better ?
