I needed to replace the batteries in my powered wheelchair before leaving on a trip. I called the store and they confirmed selling the batteries I need. When we got to the store, the technician was unable to remove the housing over the batteries. We then went to a local retailer of wheelchairs and they removed it but did not have replacements. When we returned to Batteries+ they were very professional and polite.

If you’re hoping to get your phone battery replaced quickly at Batteries and Bulbs in Fairlawn, be prepared to embark on a journey that moves with all the urgency of a tortoise dragging a grand piano through molasses.
I went in hoping for a simple battery replacement, something I imagined would be as quick and clean as slicing through warm butter with a laser scalpel. Instead, I was informed they could only fix one phone per day, like some ancient guild where the Battery Smith must meditate for 24 hours before laying hands on your device. It’s like they believe each phone must be spiritually aligned with the moon phases before repair.
They told me it would take three days—three whole days—to replace a battery. Not build me a new phone out of dragon scales. Not reverse engineer a quantum processor. Just replace a tired little battery, something even a squirrel with a YouTube tutorial could probably figure out in an afternoon.
The guy behind the counter was friendly, sure, but the system they’ve got? It’s like trying to rent a kayak from a place that insists on handcrafting each paddle only after consulting an oracle. I half-expected them to take my phone to a sacred mountaintop and wait for lightning to strike it before beginning work.
In short, if your phone is dying and you need it fixed quickly, this is not your place. Unless, of course, you enjoy the thrill of watching paint dry while reciting haikus about wasted time. Batteries and Bulbs, Fairlawn: where time goes to nap.

After going to two verizon locations with zero luck, I decided to make a last ditch effort to fix my samsung phone at Batteries and Bulbs. It was obvious I had a network problem, but verizon kept brushing me off. Brandon went above and beyond. He not only ran the diagnostics, but he spent time afterwards optimizing my settings. While working on the settings, he identified a simple solution involving the network and made my phone usable again. I'm so grateful for his help! I can't say enough good things about my experience! Thanks again Brandon!

0 star customer service.
I did respond and reach out to the owner. His thought was sometimes folks have a bad day. My battery was replaced with 0 problems at a different store. The employee who answered my call would not let me finish a single sentence. The manager racially profiled me. Bad day for them or not, this is pretty inexcusable. I hope they have better days for the owners sake or one day the management will really cause problems for the store owners.

Do not buy X2 lithium ion motorcycle batteries here. I purchased one of these and it failed in less than a month, for no reason, it shut down while cranking and left me stranded. I first tried to take it back on the weekend, but their "customer service" is only available when the manager is there as the general employees are all that work the weekends and would not help me. Returned on Monday and after checking the battery and having it fail the current test, they still would not give me my money back. Manager referred to the owner, whom also refused to give me my money back. This is a defective product, backed by poor customer support. Specifically the Fairlawn, OH store.

Customer service needs to be much improved with certain employee. However, Wes was very helpful, warm and friendly in exchange. My initial experience left a lot to be desired, if not for Wes.
