Beacon did a wonderful job with my vehicle. They did all the work of coordinating with and advocating for me to the insurance company. They were able to secure a rental car for me with ease. I have a busy schedule and the team were very accommodating to that when orchestrating drop off of my vehicle, rental car acquisition, and pick up. The whole process was clearly communicated to me throughout the experience. I would definitely recommend working with them as they made a difficult time after a car accident easy to manage! Thank you!

Wonderful staff, so helpful and caring. Communication was fantastic and they took care of everything we needed. They were able to take our vehicle in a few days after an accident. We got it back in less then a month considering the damages! 10 out of 10 would recommend and will use in the future if needed.

Communication was great, they called and kept me updated every step of the way. Every thing was done did quickly, they were able to get my vehicle in the shop to look at it the day I called. They had the car rental company scheduled to pick me up the day of drop off so I wasn’t waiting. Cannot recommend them enough.

**Update: Beacon agreed to fix the mistake! **I went here as a suggestion from my insurance company. I did give them great reviews until i noticed something wasnt fixed because of a previous employee they had working there didn't complete his job correctly. I showed them the damages to my car. The adjustor didn't take pics of one area and now the insurance company refuses to fix it. I have the original pictures and no one wants to take responsibility for their screw up. So I have to put an honest review. I would hate for someone else to go there and get taken advantage of. I was told they would talk to the manager about possibly making things right, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Oh well lesson learned. Do not use the insurance suggested companies they are only out for themselves.

My car was brought to this center because of progressive on 11/21/23. They quoted 3 weeks to have my car fixed and are now estimating to have it for 10 weeks if their new estimate (that they’ve done multiple times) goes according to how they plan to manage it. Management changed in the middle of my car being worked on due to an individual no longer working there. It took over a week with the first guy for a finalized estimate which ended up being wrong because they found more damage over a month later. Communication has been incredibly poor even with this being a progressive chosen shop. Receiving a completely explained straight answer from someone is incredibly hard. I would not recommend this shop and to look into other shops if your insurance recommends this one. Even progressive stated it does not normally take this long. I’ll be lucky if I get my car back before February 2024.

I hit a Coyote on the highway, through my insurance they told me to go to Kempthorn in Akron, they got me in the next day, had my car looking brand new in not even a week. Ken called me almost everyday with updates on my vehicle, very professional, very good work.
