Joey that works there lied to me when I had the cash to come in and get a car I wanted he said he couldn't because he wasn't there and that I had nothing to worry about because there was no way it could sell till Monday anyway cause he wouldn't be there till then. I msg him at 830am Monday morning telling him I will be in to purchase just to have him tell me it sold already! I have screenshots to prove it. As an update turns out it was the owners fault not this sales agent joey that works there.

Greg and Eddie were so wonderful to work with. I was purchasing my daughter’s first car and it was the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience. They are genuinely good people that care about their customers.
Shortly after bringing the car home we had a small issue and Greg immediately made it right and fixed it for us.
They have lot of great used cars that make for a perfect first car purchase. I highly recommend.

They had a blue 2015 Sahara Jeep they moved it to another lot to keep me from buying it to force me to buy the black 2015 Sahara Jeep. I feel that I was profiled. First they tell me I can't get it due to they not going to accept credit acceptance. Then when I come in with the minimum amount of cash it wasn't good enough so they claim that they sold it to another person for the full price after the fact that they said I could get it for $15,700 which I feel that was a scam to force me to buy the black one instead. It's very sad and I am very upset and hurt by it

I got a 2010 GMC Acadia. Super clean everything looked and tan nice. When I ask if I could test drive it his wife kept asking is it going to be a short test drive? The low tire light was on I ask him to check tires for me. He didnt. When I got back from test driving it which lasted about 8 min the check engine light came in. I ask about it he assured me it was a air bag inflator bad. He had a paper for the recall on it so I could get it fixed. I had the code tan on it after I got it it was the hvac system cost me $600 to fix. 6 days after getting the car it said change oil. I had him check it in front of me before we left he said it was good. Will not go back and will not recommend

Beware! Owners will lie to your face! Vehicle needed $800+ in brakes and bearings a week after purchase. Issues werent detectable on test drive. They said it was inspected and said it sounded great. Lies! Spent over $6k on vehicle.

Purchased a Ford Ranger after a long test drive. Car is solid and dealer was very nice to work with. Couple small defects were fixed for free and the warranty honored no questions asked. Very highly recommend. Consider myself fortunate to have found Bel Air Motors.
