I am disappointed in my favorite homeowner's big box store as a result of a recent experience. My spectrum internet system failed and spectrum said that the problem was not theirs but due to the router. I called Best buy to get some help and spent a half an hour trying to reach the appointment desk for internet services. After being shuttled to several different places l, and speaking to people that I could not understand clearly and losing contact with them I finally drove to Best Best buy to make the appointment and pay an advance for it. It will take 4 days for somebody to come out to inspect the system. They will come between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.. That's too long for service for an essential system that we're quite dependent upon for security and communication.

I went to best buy to get my mom a charger the person in the electronics was awesome and hopeful and was able to get my mom a charger. I didn't like when I came in the store there's a lady on a stoll asking is there anything they can help you with people don't want to be bothered they just want to shop people know what they want .

All the floor sales staff seem to be trained to manipulate conversations into closing sales or soliciting services. As someone who is relatively technology savvy, it's a condescending.
In the course of a visit while shopping for TV's, I had 5 sales staff engage me, including one individual twice and they would not leave me alone. When I asked for time to review the products and store tags, they persisted trying to force me into sharing details on my targets, but I simply was not provided enough time to form an opinion on what I needed.
On another engagement, I called in asking for advice on specs for different GPU's. Instead of answering my questions, Geek Squad tried to have me bring in my PC and set an appointment to analyze my setup. Felt like a sales tactic, and the person on the phone seemed barely interested in speaking with me. I don't have time to bring my PC tower in so they can sales funnel me.

it's nice to be able to shop at Best buy again because their prices are competitive with Amazon. I got sick of waiting for my crap and the possibility of porch pirates.

I called and specifically asked if they fix screens on laptops and they said yes. I scheduled an appointment, get there and was informed that they send them out to be repaired and it would take 4-8 weeks! It would’ve been nice to know that prior to making an appointment! Thanks for wasting my time!

Purchased a refrigerator for delivery. They had name zip code wrong. So I called about it and was told I needed to reschedule delivery because THEY messed up my zip code. Then received message my original delivery date was good. Was suppose to receive text/email with time it would be delivered the day before. Never received it. Called the delivery day and was told my refrigerator didn’t make it on the delivery truck before it let and would have get it delivered the following Tuesday! An insult to my intelligence! Plus I was never notified about the change! More BS! I ended up buying it from a different store and it was cheaper! . I will NEVER deal with them AGAIN! They screwed up, but wanted to inconvenience me!
