The place is great as far as the rooms and service are concerned. The front desk staff is excellent. The problem is the manager allows people to smoke weed in their rooms. Even though there is a sign that says if you smoke cigarettes or weed in the room you will get a fine of $250.00 the manager does not enforce it. I have made three requests to have the weed smoking next door to me stop and it continues. My neighbor is obviously smoking weed in the bathroom and if fills my bathroom with second hand weed smoke.

My stay here was really nice. The staff was great and very friendly and the facilities were nice. The only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars is because I didn't feel like everything was 100% clean or operational in my room.

So before I write a full review on this particular place of business, I'd like to give them a chance to recover themselves before I strike out many of their losses they may endure over what I currently have to say. . . I try very hard to give the best of reviews that I can as being a Google guide. I love to help promote the businesses that I spent my time and money on. I no way, shape or form ever want to hurt a business. Well, it has come to my attention that it is very possible to do just that in the wonderful world of the iot. I am sincere when I say that writing a bad review is NEVER something I want to do but I am about ppl and the customers that come into your establishments. I will always give my attention to and see what's Infront of me before I make ANY harsh claims. These are facts I have learned and see with my own eyes. Thank you to all the Google guides for doing the same. I also depend on you when I comes to the places I lay my head or even to the food I have on my fork.

Everything about our stay here was great ? The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

We reserved this room for one night. It took several minutes to get checked in. It seemed like the guy didn't know what he was doing. No refrigerator in our room. No working ice machine. We were charged more than we were told. No towels but the pool area. No breakfast offered either even though it's advertised. No adjustment to the bill for things not offered. We chose this room bc breakfast was supposed to be offered.

Front desk dude was nice, but everything else was crappy No hot tub....toilet barely flushed....pop machine didn't work....no snack machine....a bag of muffins and a banana for breakfast....no coffee.....this is a hundred dollar a night hotel that has no coffee? Terrible place, will not be back. Thank you for stealing my money basically.

I stayed here 4 years ago and it was very nice. This time it was rather run down. I hope Comfort Inn & Suites will do the updating. Breakfast was supposed to be included. We were handed a bag with frozen items without tell us that there was a microwave to heat it. Not one drop of coffee or tea available. The best thing was the location.
