“I bought a Trex FX-2 earlier this year and love the bike. Eddie's offers free adjustments for the first year which is really necessary. I took my bike in after 4 months and they adjusted the brakes and trued the front wheel for free. Two months later I noticed the chain was skipping so I took it in expecting to leave it The repair tech diagnosed that the rear derailer cable had stretched from initial use and just needed adjusted. He did it while I waited. Again for free. I read the negative reviews about Eddie's and can only guess they are from easily disgruntled customers or other bike shops. The only complaint I have is they carry mostly Trex bikes in their non electric bike selection. And it seems Trex sells mostly black and dark grey bikes. But as far as bike shops go, Eddie's is great.”
