The folks at Blimp City went above and beyond to make sure I was properly fitted, and was able to try out bikes as often as I liked (after adjustments were made) to make sure I was happy and sure of my selection. They also built another bike with a smaller frame to ensure I got the right bike for me (I am 5 ft). This place has a loop around the building, making it easy to try out bikes as well. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pretty disappointed after shopping around at other different shop locations and not finding bikes felt comfortable to ride, so I was happy this place gave me a lot more options and left excited to ride my new bike. When choosing a bike you give the option to test drive it and make sure the bike fits to the biker. Outstanding customer service! Once sale is final you even do a checkup on the bike to make sure every bolt is in ship shape condition.”
