Everything is 50-80% off now. But by everything, I mean literally nothing worth buying. It's as if they sent all the food stuff somewhere and they're only trying to sell Christmas stuff and a few random things like food, hair products, dog pads etc

When I can find what I want there, it's a great place, except the prices are really not that competitive. Their inventory feels a little random obviously because it's a closeout store but that kind of makes it really hard to shop for things that you want and again the prices can be a little bit not what I would consider closeout prices considering there is a Marc's store right next door to them that basically does close out stuff as well at lower prices, and there's a Dollar Tree in the same plaza with really low prices.

The manager was loud and rude to me as soon as I walked in the door. No wonder these locations are dropping like flys. The cashier was very nice and helpful. So mixed emotions here

Called tonight to inquire about purchasing a piece of furniture that was out of stock online but the store had one. The manager on duty was extremely rude and hung up on us twice!!! We will be calling corporate tomorrow. It's no wonder so many stores are closing if they have management treating their customers this way. We did order a matching piece online from this store and will be canceling it immediately!

Manager “Redder” completely unprofessional, rude. I will be calling to talk to the store manager tomorrow, hopefully he will be more help and professional as a manager should be. Made a complaint about how “Redder” talked to me and my daughters to their corporate office. I shop here all the time and he made it to where I don’t ever want to return due to his ignorance. No one with that attitude should be in a manager role at all!

Big Lots is an under valued place to go and it's not real expensive. From toiletries to household necessities Big Lots has a nice selection.

I have never had problems with the Waterlo Road, Akron, OH. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of store. Always stocked with a variety of products.
