Buyer beware. This store lacks ethics, IMHO. I bought a pair of black corduroy pants last week and was very excited as the fit was good and the original tags were attached. The owners have responded and said that it had been some time since I purchased the pants . NOT TRUE. It was only about 7 days ago. Only $14 for a "new" pair of pants. Unfortunately, when I wore them to my place of employment, I was embarrassed beyond belief to discover not one but two tears across the seat of the pants. I hope you can see the tears in the photo. I wound up wearing my winter outdoor jacket to cover up the tears. I took them back to Blue, hoping that I could gain some type of resolution. All I was looking for was an exchange. The manager emphatically told me all sales are final. I get that. Had the original tags not been on the pants, I never would have purchased them. It was very deceptive to leave the tags on. It's also unethical to maintain such a practice. I could have gone to TJ Maxx or Target and spent $15 more for a brand new pair of pants with the guarantee of a return if not satisfied. "If something seems too good to be true, it probably is." Very disappointed. Buyer beware. $14 down the drain as the pants are 100% of no use to me. Have a great day!

Cool shop but staff is inept. Called about leather pants, they said they had three, I drove a while to get here only to find out they were corduroy.

Visiting from out of town and this store is way overpriced for thrifting. I am a huge thrifter and very picky with prices/selection. This is a “no” for me.

I don't know what I was expecting for a goodwill boutique but it was overpriced for a place that receives the same items as other goodwills. I could find the exact same thing as any other goodwill for a 4th of the price

Horrible. I am a avid thrift shopper especially Goodwill stores. But this store confused me. Why on earth would I spend $16 on dresses and jeans that are thrifted and worth about $5 at my local Goodwill store. This store did not even have great items to sell. Trust me this is not worth your time. Go to your local Goodwill or Salvation army and spend way less. This place has beat up Coach purses for $39!!!! Like I said you can find beat up Coach purses at a regular Goodwill for much cheaper. I hope this store closes honestly

Not a huge selection for men. I know it's for a good cause but it's hard to pay what they're asking for used clothing. Can get new on sale for less on some things.

I was very underwhelmed at Blue, Goodwill's "boutique" of supposedly nicer clothing brands. I didn't see anything that I haven't seen in regular Goodwill retail stores. The price tags were too high (some were even higher than you could have found them at retail for), the selection was awful, and several items were very worn, out of style, or even damaged. I felt like everything was XL, next common was the size Smalls, then Larges, ending with the elusive Mediums. Everything is organized by size, but the method is extremely confusing. The employee who was there was nice, but for half of my visit, I couldn't figure out if she was an employee or customer. After walking around trying to find size mediums, looking baffled I'm sure, I finally asked her if she worked there. I asked her where mediums were and she pointed in a vague direction. I eventually figured out that each rack was a different size, or at least I think? Other racks were sorted by color. Maybe eye catching but not practical. When I asked if they had any size 6 shoes, she acted like I was a unicorn with two heads and told me they never ever got a size 6 in. (I've never had trouble finding size 6 shoes, ever.) The store isn't super easy to get to, and make sure you bring some change for the parking meters. Avoid the morning and evening commutes because you can easily get stuck in Downtown Akron among all of its construction. I can recommend 5 local thrift stores that have better items, prices, and services than Blue. It's a good idea in theory, just very poorly executed. (Thinks it's because I'm a size medium with size 6 feet? )
