I’ve been going to Bob’s for as long as Bob’s has been Bob’s as I lived on the hill my entire life. But today I went to buy drinks for my family and on the way home I noticed my seat getting wet. I seen it was coming out the end of the 12 pack of 7 up I just bought. I turned around and went back to the store in under 3 minutes. There were drips on the floor in the store and on the counter where I just paid, I tell Bob something is wrong with the 12 pack, I don’t if a employee dropped them when putting them on his shelf and it took me moving them to make it start leaking, or if they were in too hot/cold temperature but all the cans have bulging tops. Bob tells me I must have dropped them! I absolutely did not, I walked right out his front doors and put the 12 pack on my passenger seat. So how did the drips get on the floor in the store and on the counter that I did not set the 12 pack back down on when I brought it back? And, If I did drop it I wouldn’t try to bring them back, I would accept the fact that I dropped them, drank the good ones and carried on. But pretty much telling me I’m trying to scam you really pissed me off! Me and my husband spend money on our kids and all the neighborhood kids for candy, ice-cream, drinks and snacks on a regular/damn near daily, I don’t really care about the 12 pack. I’m more upset that Bob would think/tell me that I’m trying to scam him! Also that my car is now all sticky! So anyways, Bob that was some BS and you know it!

Bob and all his employees are awesome. You can pretty much attain anything you need here. I always get my snacks here because they are always fresh! The store is always clean too. This place is a staple in our North Hill community 💁♀️❣️

I went there I bought a non-food product and I got home and it didn't work so the very next day I went there to return it and the guy wouldn't let me so not only did he lose my business forever but he lost my friends business who was going to buy the same exact product until I told her not to.. this is a place you can do without go a little further and go to the next store
