“When my real estate box truck was damaged from a big tree branch smashing the top corner, it caused a lot of damage. We researched where to take it and found Fleet Fast who specializes in the repair of this type of truck. From the start they were friendly, had good communication and they were timely! The truck looked amazing when they were done...quite frankly it looked a lot better than it did even in areas that weren't damaged. They even cleaned out the inside of the back of the truck, BONUS! “Took my 2500 in for some unexpected service and they were booked but told me to bring it in and they would get to it ASAP. They had it figured out and returned by end of next day. Samantha and Brendan in service were very accommodating and helpful in the process, making sure to do everything they could to keep repair costs down and work it through warranties. “I visited Gerber Collision & Glass today to get an insurance estimate for an incident that happened while I was in drive-thru pharmacy lane at a CVS branch. I've had emergency spine surgery and am still in transition between walker and cane. Stacy, who greeted me, was very welcoming and made it possible for me to stay seated in my car for the estimate. Trevor, who compiled the estimate was outstanding. He described in detail what was damaged and how it would be repaired. He gave me information that I could use for a second estimate. “I unfortunately hit a raccoon and it really damaged my car, I called a couple days later and they got me in pretty quick for an estimate, and even let me leave my car there a few days early. Jesse was very nice and prepped an estimate, and also walked me through the insurance process. He was quick to answer any questions I had, even over text. I got to pick up my car 4 days earlier than he originally said which was nice. The inside of my car was spotless when I picked it up and they also buffed out a scuff mark that I had on the hood. They definitely went above and beyond with the little things and took great care of my car. Even after the fact, Jesse has still been very helpful answering questions that I still have.
